The property pictures are exactly as they show in the add. The place is clean, quiet, easy access in and out , walmart, Chick-fil-A, fudd ruckers are all close along with other restaurants. The host responds very quickly if you have a problem or question

From the initial booking, all the way to the end of the stay, all was perfect. The communication was perfect along with the condo that was also perfect and exactly as described. We will definitely go back again.

Fourth year coming from Indiana for Jeep Invasion. Great location to the strip and had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Elevator on property is a little slow but wasn’t in a hurry, after all it was vacation!

Summer 2024

Great location, just a couple minutes from the main strip of attractions in Pigeon Forge. The kids really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The condo was clean, spacious and had all the basics we needed for a great vacation.

Cozy Condo Great Location

This property was perfect for a family vacation. It was easy to feel at home. The location was perfect, especially since we didn't want to drive into the mountains every night. There is an elevator, so the 3rd floor was perfect. We will absolutely be back.

Pigeon Forge 2024

The condo was perfect! Clean, beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Just one block off the main drag overlooking the river and minutes from Gatlinburg. We would definately stay here again. Thanks Justin and family!

Great Location

This condo did not disappoint. It was very clean. We have stayed in many places that advertise for 6 people but only have dishes for 4 people. This was Not the case here. There was more than we needed. The location was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location

We recommend you to pack some towels. They give you 4 and we had 4 members in our stay and we we constantly washing and drying those tiny towels. Also the dry did not work very well, had cycle it twice to dry.

However, we do offer a washer and dryer for your convenience, so you can easily wash and dry towels during your stay. I also want to apologize for the dryer not working as expected. We’ve had it checked, and it’s now functioning great, so you shouldn’t have any issues with it during future stays. We would love to welcome you back to make even more wonderful memories. A View for Everyone in a Great Location!

My sister, mother and aunt stayed here for a week. The condo was wonderful! The balcony had a view of small river, mountains and could see tops of buildings for Tanger Outlet Mall, which is less than 1/3 mile away. From the balcony you could watch geese, mallard ducks and storks. Communication was exceptional. Condo was extremely clean and everything you need from baking ware to full length mirrors! Can't say enough about this property! We will stay here again!

Close and cozy

Condo was clean and was so adorable. We loved the view from the balcony and everything was so homey. The only unfortunate thing that happened was that while we were there for a wedding, there was also a car show in town. So allllll night until 2 am we just heard loud engines roaring. So we didn't get the best nights sleep. The locals all seemed pretty purturbed about it, but we don't fault our hosts for that knowing that it was only for that weekend. Overall, great stay, wonderful location.
