Great set up for this property. We had 4 in our party, and the main floor and basement level have everything you need to be in either space. We split up two and two and made it easy to get around and function. The host was very responsive. One of the best properties we have booked and we have booked one every year for the last 10 years.

We were a group of three couples. We appreciated that almost every bedroom had its own bath. The house is spacious: two kitchens and two family rooms. Parking was easy. Location was convenient. The furnishings weren't plush, but they met our needs.

Thank you, Mark, for your lovely review. Our team was happy to receive your kind words, as your crew was very respectful. We found a pair of boots during checkout that the cleaning team discovered. Such a cute place to bring all of our friends to celebrate the soon to be bride and groom. Had a small issue with a sink but the hosts were very helpful and communicated very well. The game room and back yard were perfect for our group and we all had so much fun! Would love to come back sometime!

This house was the perfect place for our family - our grown kids and their children - to spend time together and get away for the holidays! Everyone had their own space but also had great gathering spaces for meals, games and just chatting. We could not have chosen a better place to stay!

Thank you, Heather! We really appreciate you and your valuable feedback. We're going to look into the cooking pans to see how we can improve. Regarding the towels and washcloths, our cleaning team usually leaves enough based on the reservation details. As we mentioned earlier, the number of guests in your reservation didn't match the booking, so we weren't able to fully prepare for that. Nonetheless, we truly appreciate how promptly you addressed this reservation matter once we reached out. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about our property!

This was a great house with up and downstairs. Five couples stayed here for the NASCAR race and it was perfect. So easy to get to and from the track and lots of room to hang out together when at the house. It was just like the pictures showed, communication was great and fast.

The house was very nice and very comfortable. We had only one issue, but that was caused by the guests before us. Unfortunately, the previous guests excessive use of marajuana kept us from using one room in the house. That is not the hosts fault.

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the situation with the previous guest on the same day. Unfortunately, the guest did not follow the rules, and we had to involve VRBO to resolve it. Our cleaning team notified us immediately upon checkout, and we were able to address most of the issues. Once again, your group was fantastic, and we would be delighted to host you again. Thank you again!

We had 4 couples that went to see the Chiefs play. The house worked out great for everyone. Plenty of parking, bathrooms, and space for gatherings. The 2 kitchens were stocked with plenty of dishes, spices, cookware, and everything needed to make coffee which is rare imo.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our wedding party and had such an excellent experience! There was plenty of room for everyone and the space itself was easily accessible. We had everything we needed and the space was nice and clean when we got there. The check in process was fast and the host was so easy to reach! I had to even reach out after our stay to see if we’d left anything behind, and the host responded quickly and did a thorough check for me! Would definitely stay here again if need be!

The communication from the hosts was top notch. The cleanliness was more than we have found in more expensive rentals. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The space was a welcome commodity and the beds were quite comfortable. Definitely a home from home.

Great communication

Our week was split between Overland Park and Topeka, so this was a good in-between location for us. Having two kitchens was a big draw. The listing was accurate, and the hosts were fantastic communicators. There was a minor sump pump issue which they addressed very quickly.
