Second floor ocean front/ocean view condo, sleeps up to 6 people, that’s been entirely renovated. Bedroom has queen bed, closet and flat screen Roku TV. Living room has a pull out sofa and a bunk bed (can be removed if guest doesn’t need the 2 extra beds), love seat and flat screen Roku TV. Wireless internet. Guests have access to all amenities! The kitchen has all new appliances, granite countertops, microwave, all utensils, pots/pans etc. Fresh linens throughout and extras if needed. Bathroom all new, granite vanity countertops, all new tile, toilet and tub/shower.

It was clean and just like it showed and had a beautiful view. She sent the instructions a week or so before and it was an easy process. Definitely recommend!

We love this particular location! The condo was super cute with a beach theme throughout. Daughter loved the bunk bed. Kitchen is beautiful with plenty of counter space available. Balcony had view of beach, pool, and tiki bar. Love the tiki bar! Easy access to pool and beach - there's even a beach access right next to the condo if you want to drive down onto the beach.

Really nice little condo, clean, good view, would recommend. That being said, it is not perfect, water pressure is next to none as is the hot water. Trying to have so many sleeping spots does make the living area practically unusable. The patio area outside is also very crowded. Great for a sleep and go out to do stuff place.

The host was great and the pool/beach were amazing. There was very few outlets and that lead to lots of extension cords. There was zero water pressure in the shower.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was well stocked and we loved the bunkbeds for our teenagers! Our host was very friendly and accommodating. Huge bonus was her response time. We didn't have any issues but we felt added comfort knowing she always available.

Daytona trip 2025

Our stay was amazing! We loved the easy accessibility to the beach and other venues near by. Our room was as stated and our stay was very pleasant. Had plenty of room for our family of 5. I loved the security features the room had. The theme was beach,it was very cute. It had everything we needed and was very clean.

Property very clean. Owners were fantastic. They do have a camera there like other reviews have said but the owner does tell you to unplug it and then plug it back in before you leave. We had three of us staying here. It is rather small, so if you are wanting to do a family of 6 it will definitely be tight. Balcony was exactly as pictured. We had a great time!

Amazing property

I can't even begin to describe how amazing this property was. The room was a nice size. We had a family of 6 with 3 giant teenage boys. The view is absolutely amazing. Pool is great in size. And when it rained there is an indoor pool that is heated. There is a bar onsite with great food and drinks at a great price. My whole family felt safe. The property is quite. Once we shut the doors we didn't hear anything in our rooms. i would 1000% recommend this property for families or couple's.

Room was very crowded with us needing the fold out couch. Another couch was in the room and it had to be turned on edge to use. When I booked it the one site said it sleeps 6, 2 queen beds and a fold out couch. It had a1 king bed a queen fold out couch and bunk beds. Not good for 3 adult males. This was done by VRBO after my original booking was cancelled on the 1st of October.

Decent, hits and misses

Great location right on the beach. Pools are very nice and even a heated pool. This “condo” is part of an old hotel, so don’t ask the front desk anything. The parking is very strict and we were almost towed in the time that we brought our bags up tot he room and communicate d with the host about where the parking passes were. Very well equipped kitchen but the ring camera were a little weird.

Cozy place . Lots of space to move around . Living room with tv and 2 sofas is a nice touch . Bunkbeds in the living room , I guess if the guest has kids.is cool. Out side deck with chairs looking at pool area and beach. Could use a little updating . Extension cords , around the walls . Yes . Wasn't feeling the ring right out side the bedroom. If was facing the front door , so I see why. But they should give guest permission to unplug it while they're there and plug it back when they leave. And no 2nd lock on the inside of door. If someone knows the code while we're sleeping , we can't lock the door from the inside? Other than that I would pick that condo again. Please get a better bed . lol we kept sinking and hard to sleep.

While the condo was clean and in a good beach location, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable than expected.The listing describes the property as a one-bedroom unit but the "bedroom" is separated by only a partial wall and is not a true private bedroom. Guests looking for a traditional one-bedroom layout should be aware of this.The sleeping arrangements were challenging. The mattress on the main bed was extremely uncomfortable and left me with significant back pain throughout the trip. Additionally, there is a children's bunk bed in the living room, which I was aware of, but when the pullout sofa is opened it becomes very difficult to move around the space due to the limited floor area.We were also uncomfortable with the number of cameras around the property. While security cameras may be common their presence felt excessive and impacted our ability to fully relax during our stay.Another concern was the ceiling fans. They were not wired into the ceiling. Instead they were plugged into wall sockets which is unusual. Overall, the beach access and location were positives but we won't be coming back to this unit.
