Very well located, easy walking distance to downtown Ashland, this former boarding house has many bedrooms and en suite bathrooms to make it easy for large groups.

This home was perfect for our group. Well equipped kitchen, lot's of space to visit with one another and a close walk to downtown. We would not hesitate to stay again!

We were so pleasantly surprised by this house. It is well maintained and walking distance to the Shakespeare theatre, Cabaret, downtown shopping, the Green Show and great restaurants. We were able to park 2 SUVs in the driveway although parking right across the street was also easy. It's a great house for a large group and seating in the dining room for 15! Highly recommend this for your next outing with a large group.

Fabulous

The Anne Hathaway cottage is absolutely perfect in every way. The location to the festival is really great. The commercial kitchen and communal spaces are a wonderful place to gather and I would stay here again and again.

The home is perfectly located within easy walking distance (1 mile or less) of everything!! The space was substantial, with each bedroom providing ample room if you wanted to get away from the rest of your party. With 10 people, we never felt crowded either. It was hot and the air conditioning more than kept up. Nothing you can do about the fire department 1 block away, hearing them every time they go in a call, but that never stopped us from sitting on the porch, sipping your favorite beverage, and people watching. Many deer wander through the neighborhood at all times of the day too, adding to the tranquil atmosphere. We cooked most meals and found the kitchen more than adequate. One thing missing is that the blender had an Oster base, top parts are black and decker, and one cup from a Ninja.

Fabulous Space

This space was truly perfect for our small high school field trip group. The common areas are delightfully cozy and at the same time everyone had their own room and space to rest. It was absolutely the most perfect space. The kitchen was so fun to prepare meals in and the long dining table made meals extra fun. Our school group has been coming to Ashland for 35 years, and this was by far my favorite place to stay.
