The proximity to the theaters is wonderful. The house is close to a terrific restaurant (Peerless) and coffee shop. We shopped at the Co-op market that was walking distance and loved it! Spent time on the back patio having a glass of wine and talking about the plays. Delightful!

The cottage was well maintained and equipped. It was plenty roomy for our group of 4. Air conditioner was on when we arrived and it remained comfortable. Beds were comfy. The internet is a little tricky and required more than one logon. I love the neighborhood, an easy walk to restaurants and the theater. A car is not needed. I've stayed here twice and will return!

Absolute perfect launchpad for exploring Ashland and the festival. Could not recommend more highly. AND we saw deer every morning in the yard!

This the third time in three years our group of 6 adults (3 couples) stayed at this lovely cottage. All details about the property are accurate and above standard. The location is perfect for walking to the downtown area and theaters. The house floorplan is conducive to privacy with plenty of common area and kitchen space. Lots of fresh linens and kitchen supplies. We love this cottage!

This house worked well for our group. There were 3 senior couples, one from CA and 2 from Portland meeting to enjoy Ashland and see some plays. The house was great for us, it had a good kitchen with enough tools and dishware, 2 well functioning bathrooms and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. It was a very relaxing time and we would like to reserve the house again.

The property was in a great location with easy walking distance to downtown and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the outdoor seating areas. The home was clean and comfortable. It was helpful to have bedrooms upstairs so other guests could stay up a bit later downstairs.

Great place, great location!

My friends and I booked both the blue and pink houses and it was the perfect setup, walkable to the town and the theatres but a nice quiet area around the houses. Totally recommend and will try and come back again!

The best thing about this house was its location. You could walk to anything in 10 minutes or less. We also liked the outdoor spaces. There are 3 bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. Closet space with hangers and luggage racks were appreciated. (Care needs to be taken with the slanted dormer ceiling!) The upstairs bath has dual vanities and is very spacious, either the downstairs bathroom being smaller with one sink/vanity. Good shower amenities were provided The kitchen is well equipped. The downside is that the upstairs bedrooms have queen comforters than don’t have duvet covers, making us wonder how sanitary they are. The host said they wash them weekly which I find unlikely. The downstairs bed covering does have a duvet cover. The instructions on the fridge regarding the Wi-Fi and extra sheets are outdated and apply to a prior configuration of the rental. Host response time was decent but not super fast.

What a lovely stay. We came to Ashland to enjoy mountain biking, walking in Lithia Park and two plays. The Blue Hyacinth lodging had a well stocked kitchen, was super clean and comfortable as well as so convenient to downtown with walking distance to the Oregon Shakespeare plays. Would return again!

The cottage was perfect for a two day stay for our family of nine (ages 82 to 12). Clean, charming, with everything we needed. We did have a bit of trouble finding bedding for one of the fold-out beds—note on fridge referred to a small refridgerator in living room which is apparently no longer there, but we located the bedding in a locked closet. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces and were able to walk to town, restaurants, and the theater. For those planning to walk home after dark, I would suggest carrying a flashlight as there were no street lights. We felt perfectly safe, just a matter of finding out footing, especially for the older ones. Thank you!

Our stay was great. The house was super clean and had everything you need. My only suggestion would be to add shower mats to each tub/shower, as they are super slippery without.

Great house in a fun neighborhood.

Blue Hyacinth had all the amenities: a well-stocked kitchen, cute patio with BBQ, well furnished bedrooms and comfy bathrooms. Easy walk to the theater, groceries, and great restaurants and shops right in the Railroad District. Loved it and will definitely return!

Nice house, good location

This is the second year we have stayed here for our family reunion. It is conveniently located close to the theater and Ashland co-op. It is very clean and well equipped with all the essential kitchen applience plus and outdoor grill and outdoor seating.
