This is a very comfortable lodging in Ashland. It’s close to the theaters, a short walk to the park and downtown shopping. We love staying at Amber’s place when we visit Ashland. Check-in and communication is great. The beds are comfortable and the place is well stocked. We’ll be back!

Beautiful property close to downtown, and still has a private feel. Great kitchen, clean and comfortable rooms, and lots of room. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

With 5 women coming together for the festival this was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, very clean, plenty of parking for our 2 cars. 5 of us slept comfortably. The host was super responsive and even checked in on us to ensure we had everything. The laundry room was an added benefit. Close to many restaurants and Safeway. Farmers market close by on Tuesday. 15 minute walk to the theatres or a 2 minute drive. Thank you for a great visit!

The property worked really well for us. We stay with my son and his family. They had their own bedrooms with a shared bathroom and we had ours. Stairs are a little steep but doable especially with the handrails. Nice clean furnishings and plenty of televisions.

This was a great stay for us - 2 couples attending OSF plays over a weekend and just generally enjoying the city of Ashland. The property was very well appointed, clean and quiet when it was time to sleep. Plenty of room and privacy. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and gracious. The deck faces east so it’s a nice place to watch the sun rise but it is in shade in the afternoon when it’s warmer!

We had a great time here. It was close to everything so we could just walk. The place was very clean & comfortable. This was my 2nd time staying here & I'd stay again.

I can’t speak highly enough of this unit, and the folks who run it. It’s immaculately clean and filled with natural light that highlights its uplifting aesthetic. Plus the owners are great. There was a bug in the app for booking, but in short order I was able to meet up in person, work out a solution, and I even got to checkin early. Whatever brings you to Ashland, this place will only add to your experience and put you in the right head space for whatever adventure awaits.

This property is in a great location. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Lithia Park. Lots of wonderful restaurants in walking distance. In addition there is a Safeway just a few blocks away. Noble Coffee is just a few blocks away.Overall the host was responsive. We did receive some mixed messages in that the initial information we received about check in was that we would receive the door code the morning of arrival. We did not so when we reached out to the host we were told that we would receive the code closer to check in time which was 3 pm. I am always a little concerned when we don't have clear access information prior to traveling as we are on the road and sometimes without cell phone access. However, all worked out.Finally, the parking is a bit confusing. There is a large parking lot next to the building so we initially parked there. However, we saw there were several towing signs so we asked about where we were supposed to park. There is space next to the building but it is not clearly marked as parking spaces. We sent a message but did not get a response. We did finally locate the information in the property information manual. This would have been useful information prior to arrival.We would definitely stay here again as it was quite comfortable and the views were great.

Wonderful Accommodations

This is our second year staying here for a girl's weekend! It's a great location and a cozy environment to have a chill morning before the plays. The host responded to our needs and we were very happy! We'll probably stay here next year too!

Very comfortable stay in a perfect location!

A wonderful condo that was very comfortable for a family of four. Just one block from downtown, we could enjoy all of Ashland’s restaurants, shops, and Lithia Park without needing to drive.

Wonderful spot

Beautiful space and excellent location close to theatre, restaurants etc. The house lacked some basic supplies (e.g. coffee, salt, pepper, spare paper towels) for our week-long stay, but safeway was close to purchase those items.

Great time at Amber’s place!

We have now stayed Amber‘s place five or six times and each time it has been delightful. It is in a convenient location, the deck has a fabulous view, we always have a quick response for anything we need. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Location, Location, Location

Beautiful rental, with an excellent location if you are in Ashland to see plays. Home was well stocked, very clean, and a great fit for our small family. The location cannot be beat. Close to supermarket, downtown Ashland, and theaters. Owners extremely responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to our family and friends, it’s a great find!

This property was just perfect! Spacious and well appointed. Communication with owner was outstanding. Easy access to everything we wanted to do in Ashland. Would definitely recommend.
