Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple minutes from downtown. Beds were comfortable, AC was pumping on a hot day, and plenty of extra blankets to bundle under. We couldn't have asked for more for our stay in Knoxville!

Our stay at this property was outstanding. The home was cozy, beautifully maintained, and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and very helpful throughout our visit. The house was easy to find and conveniently located near UTK, which made our trip to see our daughter simple and enjoyable. Although we planned to explore the area, the home was so comfortable that we found ourselves wanting to relax inside and unwind. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return whenever possible.

We spent 2 nights at this property. We were in town for a death in the family. The hosts were very easy to deal with and were very communicative. The home was very clean and all the nice things to have were provided as well. We really enjoyed our time here given the circumstances and would highly recommend it to anyone else considering staying here.
