This little house is perfect!! So clean and has everything you would need. The owners have wonderful communication and left us chocolate and champagne upon arrival!! We were allowed to have our dogs and they have a fabulous fenced in backyard. I would definitely stay here again. My daughter is a senior at U of T and I wish I knew about this lovely home 3 years ago. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful, clean home close to downtown and Ijams. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The fenced yard was perfect for our little dogs. The home looked new on the inside and had a great layout. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful as well as the back yard with fire pit and corn hole were so relaxing. We stayed here for our daughter’s volleyball tournament and it was close to everything, including the convention center. The little touches that were left for us (a welcome note, chocolate and a beverage) were so thoughtful! We will definitely book here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to spend time with our granddaughter on her 21st birthday. The host even allowed us some extra time with her. We were able to bring her pets along for her to see also!! Everything was clean and comfortable! Definitely one of our best experiences!

Okay Baker Creek Paradise is exactly that. The rooms are spacious. The amenities are generous and it goes without saying that the place is immaculate.

Family football weekend

Such a wonderful weekend with our family and friends. Perfect location to the school and had everything we needed and got to brings our fur babies as well!

This house was just perfect for our long weekend stay. We were visiting the University with our son and the location to campus is perfect. It’s only minutes from UTK and the downtown area but you’re in a quiet quaint neighborhood. The house is clean, fully stocked for anything you need, they provide recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and even provide outdoor activities for the yard. The shower pressure is excellent and all the bedding and towels provided are nice and clean. Communication with Kevin was great too! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

10 minutes from Market Square with many options for local food. So yummy!

House was beautiful. Everything you need for a stay. Perfect area. The owners were on point on answering questions on things to do and where to go. I would say there again.

This was our second stay at Bear Creek. Everything was just perfect. The yard and house looked so well cared for when we arrived. Last visit it rained, so it was nice to be able to go outside this time and enjoy the backyard. We also found the walking path which was great for our dog Moose. Location is great too. There is a gas station, mini mart, and, drug store right down the road and it is only about a 10 minute drive to UTK. We have already booked our next trip and feel it is our home away from home.

This house was the perfect place for our family, with teenagers and 2 dogs, while visiting our UTK student for a long weekend. The dogs loved the sunny fenced-in yard and everyone had very comfortable bedrooms and full baths. Everything was very well-appointed and thoughtful, down to the towel by the door for the dogs' paws! The location was close to the university and stadium as well as some great restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my 2 week stay here. Hosts were great and very responsive. Check-in was a breeze. Great water pressure in shower, AC, comfy bed and nice coffee maker. Fairly quiet neighborhood and close to most everything you need. Thank you.

Owner very accessible. Super clean and close to downtown. Easy access to interstate and major roadways. Nice fenced backyard area and comfortable beds. Perfect for couples with pets. Like new construction. Highly recommend

This house was the perfect size for 5 adults for a quick weekend football trip! We felt very safe in the house and in the neighborhood. Everything in downtown was about a 5 minute drive- super easy! Quick communication with the owners. Highly recommend for out of town SEC football fans!

It was a nice place to stay.

The property met our needs, especially the location and the fenced backyard, where our pup could run freely. The house was cozy. Working with Kevin was easy too. if we have to come back to Knoxville, we'll stay here again.

Our hosts were amazing!!! Very helpful with check in and a very easy check out!!! The property was amazing. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The R&R toiletries is an excellent touch to help with the vacation vide. The champagne and chocolates were superb, very welcoming. We enjoyed and appreciated the coffee selection. The fenced in yard for the dogs and fire pit was the icing on the cake!! I would recommend 100%!! Will stay here again!

We Absolutely loved this house! The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are huge, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is very well stocked! It has a beautiful backyard with fire pit, fully stocked with wood and backyard games. The host provided excellent communication and when I asked for recommendations on where to eat, he came back with three very good places. There’s also a binder there that tells you everything you need to know in the area. The house is located on a quiet street in a very safe neighborhood. We woukd 100 percent stay there again if we’re ever back in the Knoxville area!

Wonderful property for our move-in weekend. Clean, comfortable, and great location. We had no trouble getting to campus, restaurants downtown, or Baker Creek Preserve. Kitchen had all the amenities, the beds and linens were very comfortable, and although we didn’t bring the dog this time, we will definitely consider in the future (fenced yard with plenty of room for play). Finally, communication with our hosts was fantastic regarding checking in and out. Look forward to staying here again the next time we are in town.

Perfect long weekend stay in South Knox

Very comfortable and spacious for two guys in town for a long weekend of festival attendance. Quite, comfortable bedrooms let us sleep late every day after getting in late at night. Sipping coffee on the front porch and watching the local birds made for peaceful mornings. Nicely updated baths and kitchen easily served our needs. All went smoothly.
