Beautiful oceanfront beach house with great views. The house was very equipped, the kitchen was amazing. The elevator was a great time and back saver.

This is a great home with easy beach access. We've been in both November and July and the beach wasn't crowded either time. Plenty of beach chairs and gear provided which made travel much easier. It's a quick bike ride to shops and restaurants and a nice area to walk as well. Kids (and adults) love the garage game room - we spent a lot of time there. The home is clean and has plenty of room to hang out as a family as the living space is large with plenty of seating. We look forward to our next visit!

The house was amazing from the moment you step into the front door it you feel at home. The views and the kitchen were amazing, the views are top shelve.

Everything was great! Everything you could need was there ! But go buy a broom that sweeps up sand and food.

RIGHT ON THE SAND!

This is probably the most "beach" house we have ever rented. Seriously the CLOSEST to the beach! Literally walk out your door and your toes are in the sand. :) Great house, really nice, ample space, great set up. Great hosts.

Beautiful Place

We truly enjoyed the house and loved the direct beach access. Dinner on the outside balcony was amazing with a great view of the ocean.

Beautiful house. They have thought of everything! No need to pack all the household items. The have was very clean. Easy access to everything. Loved waking up in the morning to see the ocean. Highly recommend and we will stay again.

This is an amazing beachfront property with plenty of space, conveniences, and comfortable furnishings. The main room was perfect for a family gathering, with a huge couch, window seat, barstools and dining area overlooking the ocean. The kitchen, as you can see in the pictures, is high-end. What's unexpectedly handy is the walk-in pantry that makes it easy to load up on beach-week supplies and keep them tucked away. We loved the game room that provides a separate space to burn a little energy without being in the sun and heat. The main bedroom and bath are pure luxury. The other suites are very comfortably sized and appointed. If I close my eyes, I can almost still feel that sea breeze on the upper balcony and hear the rolling waves on the soft sandy beach just steps away.

Family Vacation

Amazing beach rental!

Accurate description of property! This house is beautiful and right on the beach. It had all the cooking gadgets you need and the management team was responsive to all our needs. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great Place

It was great place for the week. It got hot at times downstairs to where we couldn’t sleep down there, and there was a weird smell down there as well. Other than that, very good spot we loved it.

Perfect Getaway!

This property was one of the nicest and well appointed vacation rentals that we have ever stayed in. We appreciate the communication from the property manager and all of the information provided before our stay- we didn’t have to reach out and ask any questions. It was seamless. The house was absolutely stunning and the views were amazing. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Location!!

This house was amazing for our stay in Jacksonville Beach. The private beach access and beach gear including stand up paddle boards created so many memories for my family. Sunrises from the master bedroom and family room were breathtaking, pictures just don’t do it justice! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus! We cannot wait to return!
