H2O is a custom-built beach modern beach house with a heated pool spanning 4493 square feet, offering style and privacy for an amazing getaway just 1.5 blocks from the beach.

Key Features of H2O:
This internationally designed estate promises an unforgettable experience of luxury and leisure. It is located in one of Jacksonville Beach’s most exclusive and secure neighborhoods, within close proximity to the beach.
The property can accommodate up to 20 guests, making it ideal for multiple families, lifelong friends, or corporate bonding events.
You are welcome to bring your pets, as the property is pet-friendly and features a privacy-fenced backyard for them to enjoy alongside the family.

Accommodation:
- H2O boasts six luxurious bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and designated workspace.
- Every bedroom has a top-of-the-line, award-winning mattress, hotel-quality pillows for different sleep positions, a work desk, and a smart TV with cable and sports channels.
- Additionally, three sleeper sofas and a bunk bed are in a semi-private room.

Indoor Amenities:
- The property includes three indoor lounge areas, each equipped with an 85-inch TV with cable and sports channels and a billiards room.
- The garage offers various entertainment options, such as table tennis, foosball, air hockey, a 100-game station, and a basketball hoop.

Outdoor Facilities:
- Guests can relax and unwind in the resort-style pool and the luxuriously furnished private pool area. Additionally, there is a spacious fire pit and BBQ area for evening relaxation.
- South Beach Park and Sunshine Playground, just 5 minutes away, offer convenient outdoor recreational activities.

- The property is conveniently located 5 miles from the Mayo Clinic and 1.5 blocks from the beach.

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Christmas Vacation

Stayed at house over Christmas Vacation with my family ages 1 year to 74. It was perfect. Wonderful space to accommodate all age groups. Kids especially loved the playroom in the garage and the pool. Easy walk to the beach.

The house is exactly as advertised and it has all the amenities for a large multi-generational family to enjoy. Ample beach towels and chairs and an easy walk to a quiet and clean beach. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for hosting us!

70th Birthday Party

This was the perfect place for 4 generations of family across 4 different states to come together and just enjoy our time together. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach and the pool was perfect for cooling off and for the young ones in our party to enjoy. The house was amazing and had tons of extra spaces to enjoy (game room, pool table and side TV room, two outdoor areas including a large table and a gas firepit). The house came with tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, coolers and beach blankets. It was absolutely perfect and worked great for us to surprise someone for their 70th birthday!

Great girls' weekend

We had an absolute amazing time at this beautiful property. So many places to visit and have nice conversation, but equally as many places to enjoy the sounds of the Fall. The house was absolutely perfect. Thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful place

We had family from NC, Ohio, and S Florida. All were impressed with the house, amenities, and location. No issues or concerns at all. We would recommend it for any large group. Fun for all.

Fabulous house and stay

Beautiful, clean and well decorated home. Had a fabulous time with friends. Great restaurants nearby, beach is so close, and pool is a delight to enjoy. Pool table lots of fun, as well! En-suite bedrooms are terrific! Highly recommend this property!

Unbelievable beach house/personal luxury hotel

This property is amazing! With the private pool suite and each bedroom having its own en suite bathroom, it felt as though we were staying in a luxury hotel! The house had everything you may possibly need for entertaining family and guests and just your day to day living. Mike and the Welcome Home team were so helpful and made our check in process/ stay a breeze. The house has its own private pool and is within steps to the ocean. The street is quaint and quiet, and within close access to a ton of restaurants, grocery, and shopping. We cannot wait to book this house again!

Amazing House

We were in town for the Jaguars playoff game so it was 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We put the teenage girls in the en-suite and they were excited to have their own space. The pictures were spot on. The boys loved all the games and there was enough space that the adults could have a good time while the kids swam and did their own thing. The place is so big we didn’t know they were there sometimes. This property is great for families and the Welcome Home team was very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again.

Luxury Beach Estate

This place is everything you want in a beach vacation house. You can really tell it was professionally designed with all the little details in mind. There were so many areas to spread out and enjoy, the house felt extremely spacious with our large group. We enjoyed being steps from the beach and took full advantage of the beach gear that was provided. Cannot recommend it enough and look forward to returning!
