The house was beautiful and large. Easily able to accommodate a large family. The out door area was spacious as well and the pool was awesome. The extra amenities in the garage were very fun and they also have an electric car charger. Fantastic stay.

It was absolutely wonderful! 10/10!! From booking to follow-up to answering my questions to check-in and check-out, Mike and Yvonne were super helpful! The house itself was everything we could have wanted or needed and more! Everyone loved it! We will be coming back!

What a fantastic place to stay, right in the heart of Jax beach and close to all the action (park, beach, restaurants and night life). Perfect place for families. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! The property is gorgeous, they really did a nice job renovating it. There’s so much to do in the backyard, not to mention the fact that South Beach Park is literally just down the street! Pickleball, bocce ball, swimming, putting, ping pong, billiards, s’mores around the firepit, card games, board games — there was ALWAYS something to do! The plentiful parking was appreciated, and it was really easy to just drive down Osceola Ave to drop people off / pick people up from the beach access (and Fla Juice and Bowl is right nearby for Acai Bowls)! In the mornings, there was Bold Bean a short walk away… I really can’t express enough how convenient this house’s location is. The shaded cabana and table were a nice reprieve from the sun in the backyard as well. As for Mike and Yvonne, they couldn’t have been better hosts! They were both so responsive on the app, and were happy to answer any questions I had. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We had such a great experience at Costal Oasis by way of Welcome Homes! The immediate response rate from the team was greatly appreciated across a variety of questions. The house is the ultimate fun house and a wonderful location near the park and the beach - would definitely reccomend!

Perfect relaxing vacation

I've been renting with Welcome Home for several years now, and they never disappoint. Their properties are always spotless and well stocked with supplies to make your stay easy and comfortable. The backyard of this house is literally an oasis with bocce, golf, swimming pool and relaxing loungers. It's so close to the beach, shopping, dining and Target and Publix are just a few minutes away. I highly recommend not only this property but this company overall.

Beautiful Jacksonville Beach House

Wonderful property for my extended family to enjoy while visiting other family members. Great outside set-up where we spent 95% of our time... Hosts were very responsive to our questions. We very much enjoyed the property and recommend to all.

Coastal Oasis

Wonderful and inviting home. Plenty of room for everyone, 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and another family room on the second. We all loved the pool and putting green. We could walk to many stores and the beach.

Fabulous

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House is absolutely fabulous. Beautifully decorated and quite spacious. The game room was a huge hit with our group. The pool was nice place to relax. Would highly recommend this property.

The place is great as is the location. The pool was beautiful but unfortunately it was windy and a little cool so we didn't use the pool much. Only downside was the fees for cleaning and security were confusing and I think I got hit twice for them.

Family Spring Break

We stayed here with 2 other families -- the house, pool, activities, etc... was awesome! Everything was very clean and ready for us at check-in. Easy, 15 min walk to the beach. Nearby park is amazing for kids. Game room in the garage was great for a rainy day. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

JAX beach gem

Can’t say enough how perfect this home is - spotless, equipped, convenient, and well managed. 8 adults and a curious 2 year old, we found plenty to enjoy from the beautiful pool, the putting green and bocce, patio and lanai with fans and streaming TV’s, well equipped kitchen, and clean comfortable beds and baths. Great location near the beach and restaurants as well. We felt bad for our family members who were stuck at the Margaritaville - we felt like we won the lottery!
