The house was clean and true to the photos and description. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, yet also only a couple blocks away from terrific restaurants. Made for an enjoyable walk before/after meals. The large kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a full breakfast each morning. We only got to make use of the firepit one evening, but it lit up easily and allowed for a relaxing evening. We enjoyed our stay.

This home was just as described. Very homey but modern. Had many conveniences and was super clean. The off street parking is a huge plus, and it's also in a great area. This will be our place to stay in San Diego!

Excellent house with all the little details that make a visit most comfortable. It was perfect for our needs. However you lost one star on the rating due to the unpleasant sewer-like smell in the hallway between the bedroom and bath. Also, your on-demand hot water heater forced us to waste a lot of water waiting for the water to heat up. Perhaps adjust the timers on the unit?*Also, FYI, the refrigerator has the "replace filter" light on the water dispenser.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for sharing both the highlights and areas for improvement. We’re so glad to hear the home was a great fit for your stay and that you appreciated the attention to detail and comfort throughout the property. We also truly appreciate you bringing these maintenance items to our attention. We apologize for the unpleasant odor you experienced in the hallway and will have our maintenance team inspect the area right away. Thank you as well for the feedback regarding the hot water system — we understand how frustrating it can be to wait for hot water, and we’ll look into adjusting the settings to improve efficiency for future guests. We also appreciate the heads-up about the refrigerator filter indicator and will make sure that is addressed promptly. Thank you again for your helpful feedback and for staying with us. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Spotless, great location, wonderful friendly hosts. This property had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated little touches like the plentiful multi-point device charging banks and spare laptop charger. Kitchen was very well equipped. It was a huge benefit to have a driveway, especially in North Park as street parking was in short supply and we'd have struggled to park near the house. The house was in a great location, quiet and peaceful yet walking distance to everything North Park has to offer and very easy to access main roads to quickly get everywhere else in San Diego. North Park itself is a vibrant, up and coming neighbourhood. Not the most high end in San Diego but if you like a young vibe, good range of bars covering sports bars to cocktails then it would suit you. Communication with our hosts was always quick, clear and friendly which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again in this property.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the home clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for your needs. It's especially rewarding to know that the little touches, such as the charging stations and extra laptop charger, helped make your stay more convenient. We strive to provide the comforts of home, and we're glad those details were appreciated. We're also happy that the private driveway made parking easier, as we know that can be a valuable amenity in North Park. Thank you for highlighting the location as well. We love that Granada Cottage offers the perfect balance of a peaceful residential setting while being within walking distance of North Park's vibrant restaurants, cafés, breweries, and nightlife, as well as providing easy access to the rest of San Diego. Most of all, we appreciate your kind words about our communication. Providing responsive and friendly service is very important to us, and we're thrilled that it contributed positively to your experience. Thank you again for being wonderful guests. We would be honored to host you again on your next visit to San Diego! Warm regards, Linda & The Pacific Sunset Group Team

Thoughtfully curated North Park Cottage

This cottage is thoughtfully curated with a well appointed kitchen so well equipped that I was able to make anything we needed including Thanksgiving sides! The bedrooms are both very comfortable with black out curtains. Outside is a fire pit, bbq and outdoor patio. The landscaping is beautiful and welcoming. Every detail is thoughtful, and the house is incredibly clean. AND it’s in walking distance to 30th 3054 N Arroyo Dr restaurants. A great place to call home for a while!
