Modern, clean apartment with comfortable beds and many thoughtful touches, like beach chairs, shampoo, lotion, etc… Experienced some initial check-in snafus due to owner having used AI for communicating, but that was resolved. Nice apartment overall within easy walking distance to Northpark cafes and restaurants.

Very nice 2 bedroom. Nice touches like games, a desk to work at with printer, stapler and tape dispenser. There were q-tips, make up wipes, and mini toothpastes in the bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, keurig coffee as well as creamer, sugar, etc. They did a nice job of stocking the place. Looks brand new and very clean.

The Penthouse was all we hoped for and more! It is spacious and has everything you could ask for - we put the beach chairs to good use and really appreciated all of the small things they provided to make our stay more comfortable. The apartment was so quiet - there was construction going on next door, but we didn't hear a thing. We had a couple glitches but Hunter worked to overcome them. We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall fabulous. Great communication and such a comfortable space. Awkward part was parking on the street before you can get into the condo to get the FOB to get into the garage. No parking for 1-2 miles. Also, elevator was broken for the 11 days I was there. Just know you’ll have to climb 6 flights with your luggage. Might want to check if it’s fixed first.

Hunter was an amazing host with excellent communication! His penthouse is in a very safe, secure building. Unit exceeded our expectations in every way and is well stocked with ALL amenities and toiletries. Would definitely rent again if in SD!

Absolutely amazing stay in San Diego! Great location, close to a ton of great coffee shops, easy drives all over the city, and check in instructions very clear. Apartment was exactly as described, with great communication and clear instructions. Owners have thought about everything and more and spared no details! We had exactly what we needed and can’t wait to go back!

Great stay. Clean place.

Great experience and stay here. Process was super easy and Hunter made everything efficient and wonderful. Location was good and close to many local gyms, restaurants and coffee shops. Building was new, nice and quiet.

This Vrbo was just like the pictures. The area was nice and was very close by to everything. It was also very secure. The hosts directions were also very clear and easy to understand.

My family of three stayed here for five nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the shops and restaurants along 30th Street and University Avenue, making it a great home base for exploring North Park.The 2 bedroom unit was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The A/C worked exceptionally well, which we really appreciated since it was quite hot and humid during our stay. The home was also thoughtfully stocked with supplies. We especially appreciated the little extras in the bathrooms, including Q-tips, individual makeup remover wipes, and reusable makeup remover cloths.The only issue we experienced was with the Wi-Fi. None of us were able to connect successfully. We contacted the host, who responded very quickly and provided troubleshooting instructions, but unfortunately we still couldn't get it working. I'm sure we'll be able to sort it out next time because we would definitely stay here again. One thing to note is that some initial messages (when we sent messags via VRBO platforn) appear to be handled by AI, so I occasionally had to repeat a question before reaching the host directly. That said, once the host responded, communication was prompt and helpful.If you're staying here, I highly recommend making a reservation at Cocina de Barrio. It was some of the best Oaxacan cuisine we've ever had and was one of the highlights of our trip!

Every room was thoughtfully stocked and then some.,very nice surprise. Had some trouble accessing apartment, but this was due to our inexperience. Only problem was the fireplace in open,area did not work. But not renters fault. And did not get a reply to whether record player would work.

Great location and amenities

Our host thought of everything! … so many amenities from toiletries to beach chairs. The unit was very clean and in great condition. Parking was safe and secure in a parking garage with a dedicated parking spot. The location was perfect, we could walk to dinner, a grocery store and a great farmers market. And minutes from the highway. One of the best units we have rented.

Everything was fantastic! Beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Equipped for a long retreat. Not sure why my phone didnt send or receive messages in real time. Can't blame the owner. Can only imagine he was just as frustrated as me.

San Diego vacation

I would definitely stay here again. We vacationed in San Diego and this space had a great personal patio area. A large patio area in the second floor that anyone in the building can share. It was not crowded and had plenty of seating, even had a fire pit to make s'more's with the kids. It was large enough for our 7 year old to play soccer. The space also had beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, and toys.
