You'll know you're on vacation when you relax in the luxurious décor, prepare a meal in the new open concept kitchen, or enjoy the blue water of the Indian River intercoastal as viewed from the great room. Can’t get away from the office? Bring the office with you, Den is equipped for remote work with 2 workstations featuring 24” monitors, HDMI connectivity and USB. Take a dip in the heated community pool after a game of tennis or fish from the private pier, all just steps away from your door. Home features highspeed internet with WiFi access, large screen Roku tv's in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen and in house laundry. Great shopping and the best restaurants on the Island or nearby in Jensen Beach, Or take a walk to the beach, or walk to town. Bring the whole family, there are 2 rooms with king size beds, 1 room with a queen, and a pullout in the family room. If your traveling with little ones there is a high chair and a pack & play. Need more room? We own the house next door too, Island Time #2492428. Plan ahead and rent both homes and sleep up to 14.

Excellent property and owners, was located exactly where we wanted to be, the house was decorated very nice, had very comfortable beds pillows and linens, is in a safe and clean area and neighborhood, the owners are very responive and likeable. We look forward to staying again in future if its available, they have everything you need to have an enjoyable trip so we could have left alot of usual things behind that we brought. The only suggestion i have that i missed very much was a gas grill, there is a nice charcoal weber, but personal preference only i dont like charcoal and we ended up not using it bc of that, i grill alot and the convenience / cleanup of gas is unmatched , it would be the cherry on top if it had one. Our family loved the house and the kids are still saying how it was the best property we have stayed in. 5 stars all day long!!!

As our 1st trip to FL we wanted to make this as memorable as possible! Our property rental was astonishingly beaitiful! It had everything you can think of to cook your own meals A bunch of shops and eatery were just around the corner. The beds were comfy and we love fishing which we did have our own pier to do so. Jensen beach is lovely but we did also have the community pool which was very refreshing to dip into if you did not want to be around a bunch of people at the beach. Jon and Bridget were amazing hosts. They gave a bunch of insight on things to do in the area which a lot of renters do not. They also left us a few Welcome treats which we greatly enjoyed. Wpuld definitely rent again! 1 thing...Bring mosquito spray! Thankfully i nrought ours from home lol Thanks Jon and Bridgett for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful property on our 1st trip to FL! And for being such great hosts :)

Great house, community & proximity to beach

Second year at this house and we loved it just as much as the first time! Kids attended surf camp and moms mad the perfect space to work and relax. Extremely clean and comfortable home. We will be back!

Great hosts

I don’t usually leave reviews, buy these hosts have gone above and beyond to make sure their guests have a great stay. The hosts have shown a high level of attention to detail in the decoration of the house and the functionality of the house with conveniently placed outlets and charging stations. Our family was very happy staying and would love to come back.

Fantastic Vacation Home

The house is a gem. The location is terrific with beautiful views of the Indian River intercoastal. Restaurants, stores, and the beach are conveniently located. The house is clean and well equipped. The beds are quite comfortable. Jon and Brigett are wonderful hosts and very responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Remodeled Property Close to the Beach

We had a great stay at this house. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and a cooler. The host was incredibly responsive and even left a cake for us as he knew we were celebrating birthdays! 10/10. Will definitely return

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Capt Jax 3-bedroom VRBO rental cottage on Hutchinson Island in a small subdivision on the intracoastal. It was well equipped, beautifully furnished, and located close to the beach as well as to great restaurants, shopping and local attractions.

So Beautiful! Wonderful & spacious house in perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were here for 3 weeks and couldn't have had a better time. The house was so beautiful and clean and well stocked with everything from towels to tennis rackets... The plunge pool was a perfect place to relax after being sailing or at the beach all day. We loved that so much ! The location is perfect for whatever you want to do, beaches, sailing/foiling, dining , shopping, all within minutes. I would definitely rent this house again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The most amazing house in authentic and beautiful beach paradise!

Fantastic stay in laidback, friendly and beautiful Jensen Beach! We loved the house so much! Great and beautiful layout and planed w all you need for long or short stay! Beautifully decorated, airy, fresh and clean. Spotless. The hosts were so easy to communicate with- friendly, helpful and accommodating! Had an eye for details took great effort for us to feel at home and arranged for Christmas decorations to make our stay really nice. We felt so at home. We will defiantly come back!! Thank you so much for everything Jon & Birgett

Hello, we are Jon and Brigett. First and foremost we love the beach, and enjoy the beach life. We have been hosting properties for years and have met people from all over, many return every year and we can now call them friends.

Indian River Point is a small quiet community of Key West style homes in a amazing tropical landscape that jets out into the intercoastal. From the top of the Causeway Bridge you can get a birds eye view of this very special community. The first time I saw it I turned to my husband and said "wouldn't it be amazing to have a house there?" Now we have 2 side by side houses for you to enjoy with those you love most.
And location is everything, not only is this neighborhood in a unique spot, it's also walkable to the beach and to town.

And although the community was built in the late 70's, we have updated the homes with modern technology and comforts, to give you access to everything you want and need, while experiencing a calm laid back retreat, with serene views, wildlife, tropical fauna, and the spectacular intercoastal river.
