This condo is centrally located in the historic Landmark building with quick access to year around events In midtown and downtown Atlanta. Whether you are visiting for local attractions like concerts, festivals, college tours, sporting events, business or just for fun, this is the perfect spot for you.

It is a fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom space that sleeps up to 5 guests. There is a comfortable full size bed in the bedroom, a full size sofa bed in the living room and a comfy chair in the sitting room that transforms into a twin size sleeper at night.


Grab a wine glass and a complimentary bottle of wine after a long day of work or play while relaxing in the bedroom or sitting room with a mesmerizing city view.

The property was as just like the pictures. It is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Comes with its own parking spot. The condo itself was clean and the owner was very helpful with all the information needed for check in.

Nice place to stay for the weekend or big event

Overall the property was as shown in the pictures. For me and my son, it was about one block too far for me to feel super safe at night. We did walk everywhere for the most part. Very close to a ton of restaurants and the park. It is right by some main highways so there was some traffic noise and emergency vehicle noise but nothing like NYC.

Great condo

Overall a clean and nice condo, only weird point is there is no real seperation from the living room / kitchen and the sitting room / bedroom. Great for like a small family but if you need a seperate bedroom, might not be perfect but still nice. Host was responsive and helpful and provided most if not all the information you could need on checkin.

Yep, I give it 5 stars

Good clean place to stay in downtown. Close to everything but far enough off the main drag to be relaxing. One of the best features isn’t even mentioned- it comes with its own parking space! That saves $50+ right there! The condo itself is clean, comfortable, new appliances, recently redone bath and the owner made sure it was stocked with plenty of everything- including a complementary bottle of wine! The bed is comfortable, lights and fan have remote controls which really are nice when staying in unfamiliar surroundings. During my stay the 14 degree temperatures for a couple of days caused some problems with available heat and hot water. This was the cool part about staying here- the owner of the condo actually called me to see what he could do to help- even offering a full refund if I wanted to change locations! When has an owner of a B&B done that? Usually, when there are problems, the owner is nowhere to be found! A real plus in my book! Anyway, while the condo and the building might not be everyone’s version of five star, it is clean, comfortable, easily accessible from the interstate and affordable. I certainly will be staying here again!
