Come relax at our little slice of heaven with your family. Remodeled in 2022, our amazing 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is on the east end of Panama City Beach away from the crowded side of the beach. This is the more quiet and family friendly part of PCB. Located at the Dunes of Panama, A building, 6th floor. You will have gorgeous gulf front views from the living room, private balcony, and master bedroom. Our 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds and a TV to entertain the littles. You have direct access to the beach as well as 2 pools. Parking at Dunes of Panama is excellent compared to to other condos, but just in case, we do have 1 dedicated covered parking spot. The Dunes of Panama amenities include: pools, dedicated beach, new Pickle Ball and tennis courts, fitness center and your own private tiki bar! Come relax, soak up some Vitamin D and make countless memories at Casa de Gooding.

Delightful Stay !

Beautifully appointed property with a perfect sunset view over the Gulf. Has a fantastic coffee station and spacious kitchen.

Nice location

Was perfect space- except this facility does allow pets, so be prepared for some neighbors to have barking dogs early in the morning

We do a lot of offshore fishing and this spot is a prime location. It has a beautiful view and is close to the marina.

The place is beautiful and such a short walk to the beach. Convenient to everything in PCB. The owners are a pleasure to work with and respond quick. We will definitely book with them again. No complaints from us.

Beautiful condo. Amazing stay. Great views. Had everything we needed in one place. Tiki bar, stingrays, beach chair rentals. The pools were great and always a place to sit and get in. Beach wasn’t crowded. Owners are responsive and nice. Beds comfortable and clean. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Condo

The location of this condo is great. The condo is very clean and decorated nicely. The owners are quick to respond to anything you need. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the less crowded side of PCB.

Loved the condo

Condo was beautiful and a great location on the beach! Beautiful view and was as described. Howwere excellent with information and communication. Condo was decorated beautiful and very cozy. Recommend. Our family stayed 5 nights and had a great time.

Nice Stay

Condo was nice, well stocked, clean and direct access to beach. The owners were easy to communicate with. We only had one issue and it was not the condo/owners fault. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great condo, great owners, great location

We had a great stay at this super cute condo! Alex was super responsive, though not a single thing was lacking that required communication once we were checked in. I usually stay on Front Beach Road when I come to PCB. The Dunes were such a better option! Private beach wasn't super busy, so it was nice to be slightly off the main drag. Definitely recommend staying here!

Its Beach Time

Overall property and unit was well maintained. If a pool is important, the pool is a hike but we were there for the beach!

This was a great time for our family. Condo was great, hosts were great communicators with everything we asked. The beach wasn’t very crowded and the public life guard was just to right of the building. We will definitely stay here again. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony.

Sister visit

This property is a great clean location with beautiful views of Florida's most beautiful beach. Host is very accommodating with a coffee bar and plenty of linens. Washer and dryer in the room for extended stays. Only wish our visit could've been longer. Great parking and access to the pools, tiki hut and ocean. Umbrella chairs are avaliable for rental.

Wonderful family trip

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The beach was not crowded. We had wonderful communication with the owner they are very responsive and very pleasant to work with also had a very easy “check in” they provide a code for the door no desk and they also have a gated entrance which was nice. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and we had all things we needed. The property was wonderful! We will definitely return to stay at this property.
