Come relax at our little slice of heaven with your family. Remodeled in 2022, our amazing 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is on the east end of Panama City Beach away from the crowded side of the beach. This is the more quiet and family friendly part of PCB. Located at the Dunes of Panama, A building, 6th floor. You will have gorgeous gulf front views from the living room, private balcony, and master bedroom. Our 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds and a TV to entertain the littles. You have direct access to the beach as well as 2 pools. Parking at Dunes of Panama is excellent compared to to other condos, but just in case, we do have 1 dedicated covered parking spot. The Dunes of Panama amenities include: pools, dedicated beach, new Pickle Ball and tennis courts, fitness center and your own private tiki bar! Come relax, soak up some Vitamin D and make countless memories at Casa de Gooding.

Great Location and Amenities!

Family of four stayed here for a week in July. The condo was just the right size for us. It was really clean, everything worked, and having a washer and dryer was HUGE! The location is fantastic! Super easy access to the beach, not crowded, and away from the “main drag” so really easy to get in and out of the property. The two pools were great as well. Nicely maintained for sure. Really liked having the tiki bar there for drinks and lunch by the pool as well. The only negative I can share is that the property itself is showing its age and could probably use some updates. That being said, it did not detract from our enjoyment at all, and that is NOT a reflection on this condo or the owners. Highly recommend this condo!!

This was a great time for our family. Condo was great, hosts were great communicators with everything we asked. The beach wasn’t very crowded and the public life guard was just to right of the building. We will definitely stay here again. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony.

The condo was great everything was nice and clean .The building and elevators need some work but I think they are working on that . I have to say the view from the balcony was amazing.

Cozy comfort

We have stayed at several condos in PCB, this was one of my favorites. I liked the dedicated parking spot for the unit. I have stayed at some condos where we could barely find a parking spot. The beach access was ideal. The pools were nice and clean. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the conveniences of home. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. I would absolutely rent this unit again.

Its Beach Time

Overall property and unit was well maintained. If a pool is important, the pool is a hike but we were there for the beach!

Spectacular sunsets

We had the greatest stay in PCB at this condo. Our kids loved the heated pool, easy access to the beach and we all loved the spectacular sunset views from the balcony. Very well equipped, comfortable and clean, this condo was perfect for a family spring break far enough from the main PCB crowds to feel truly relaxing. Communication was easy, and all the check-in and instructions clear and accurate. We had zero issues, so no real communication with the host was necessary.

Big relaxing sigh… this condo was fantastic. Very clean, sooooo comfortable. Had everything we needed for our visit. The bed in the master bedroom was a little too soft for me but didn’t prevent decent sleep. The ice maker was very slow at processing but we just went & got a bag of ice & we were good to go. Couldn’t find anything else negative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful Unit

We loved the location, easy beach access. My two grandchildren, ages 2 & 4, had no trouble navigating the quick walkway. The unit was perfect size for us, 3 adults and 2 children. Well stocked, beautifully furnished, clean. Barbara was very responsive and helpful. We did have trouble with the digital keypad but she provided a key and we had no problem afterwards. Recommend this unit, would love to stay here again on our next PCB vacation.

Beautiful condo and view

This condo is beautifully updated and decorated. Is incredibly quiet (no noise from other units). The view is gorgeous! Great view of sunset. Can feel like you’re on the beach when sitting on the porch. Beach is very convenient and not crowded. Convenient to most anything you need. Host are easy to reach and available for anything you need. Other reviews complained re temperature, but we were there on warm/hot June days and were quite comfortable. Need to keep master bedroom curtains closed during day to keep out afternoon sun, but we had no issue.

Beautiful!

The place is just like the pictures! The condo is conveniently located almost on the beach and within a couple miles of basically anything you could need. The place could get a little warm at times, but ceiling fans throughout the house hep keep the air flowing. Would definitely recommend and may even return some day :)

Nice view, clean room, Hot Master Bedroom

We enjoyed our stay other than we were not allowed to change the temperature of the condo. The rules clearly stated this but we were not aware until after we paid for the stay. (when we were giving the pdf about this condo.) We had to go buy a fan so that we could be somewhat comfortable in the master bedroom.

Beautiful view and location! Perfect for Families

I rented this condo for my mother and my 3 little kids and it was perfect! Walking distance to the beach, access to a number of pools to cool off, and loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view of the waves. Communication was open and professional. Had a clear understanding of check in, rules, and check out. I greatly appreciated the information packet they sent via email. It answered all my questions. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again!

Nice Stay

Condo was nice, well stocked, clean and direct access to beach. The owners were easy to communicate with. We only had one issue and it was not the condo/owners fault. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful family trip

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The beach was not crowded. We had wonderful communication with the owner they are very responsive and very pleasant to work with also had a very easy “check in” they provide a code for the door no desk and they also have a gated entrance which was nice. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and we had all things we needed. The property was wonderful! We will definitely return to stay at this property.
