Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful reflection on your time with us. It truly means the world to know that our home became part of your cherished family memories at Wrightsville Beach. We're so glad the comfortable spaces, that sound-view porch, and convenient beach location allowed your family to reconnect and create new moments together. Your kind words about our team at Bryant Realty brighten our day. We'd absolutely love to welcome you back!

Lisa we are glad you and your family had a nice time. I will report that door handle to maintenance. Hope to see you next time.

Hi Jeffrey. Thank you for your review and bringing these issues to our attention. We would have gladly brought an ironing board to you if we had known the owners didn't provide one because that is a required item. We will look into the other issues you mentioned so we can take care of those also. We hope you will be able to return to Paradox in the near future and enjoy the location and beautiful views this rental offers.

John, thank you for taking the time to give your feedback! This unit is perfect for large groups who want easy beach access and anything you could possibly need on vacation! These owners have gone above and beyond to be sure you have all the essentials for your stay. As far as linens, we are still adhering to complete sanitation of laundry, due to an influx of previous guest requests. That may be subject to change in future, but for now it is still outlined in the contract all our guests sign. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused upon arrival, especially since we know travelling can be taxing. We want our guests to have an enjoyable, but safe, stay with us. We hope you'll stay with Bryant Real Estate again for your next getaway!

Thank you for your review and feedback from your stay at Paradox, Lynne! We are excited to hear you enjoyed this cozy home and it accommodated your family well. The kitchen is labeled for easy finding and organized regularly to help guests. We will be scheduling the spring clean soon as part of annual maintenance but I will let the housekeeping staff know about those vents. If you ever have an issue with cleanliness, give us a call and we'd love to swing by and fix anything to make your stay more comfortable! Glad to hear our maintenance tech was able to fix the issue with the elevator with little disruption to your day! We appreciate your business and hope you will stay with us again on your next Wrightsville getaway!

So wonderful to hear you enjoyed your time at Paradox, Alisa! This home is a large home that packs a punch with upgraded kitchen appliances, spacious rooms, cozy furniture, and beautiful views of the channel from the porches. We are overjoyed the home was nice and clean as well, as we work very closely with our housekeeping team to ensure they are meeting our high standards! You will always have a place here at Paradox and your family is welcome back anytime!

Robyn, it is so wonderful to hear that Paradox served as the perfect rental for your group! It is a lovely home that has channel views from the many decks making it a great place to relax - and front row to some of the best sunsets! We appreciate your feedback and will make note of it all to pass along to the property owner. We heavily rely on guest feedback to make improvements. The owners ordered a new sofa at the beginning of the year but with COVID it has been a bit delayed - but exciting news it will be delivered this October 2021! As for the kitchen organization - it is one of the biggest struggles we face but our hospitality team tries to keep them looking nice between reservations when we can. You could spend two hours organizing and labeling cabinets/drawers (which this property has) but the second someone checks in, it all resets so I can understand your frustrations. Glad you enjoyed the rental for the most part and hope you will consider renting with us again next time. Take care!

Thank you for your review and feedback on the Paradox home, Lauri! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the unit for the most part especially the wonderful location, a lot back from the channel - it makes for some beautiful sunrises! This home exudes comfort with the cozy décor and coastal accents! I will make note about your desire for upgrades and add that to our owner suggestions to pass on. We are sorry to hear you had some issues with ants - they have wreaked havoc on the island bad this year, likely from all of the rain we have had. This unit is on a regular spray for them and they were scheduled to come out the day after you called coincidentally, so hopefully that was able to keep them at bay for the remainder of your stay. We always recommend our guests bring any beach equipment that you will need since beach chairs and umbrellas are not required items for our rentals. Most of what is found at units are often left over from previous guests but I will swing by and dispose of the rusted ones. We hope to see you back again next time, be sure to keep in touch and let us know when you are ready to book your next getaway!

It's wonderful to hear you enjoyed the Paradox house during your family trip to Wrightsville, Josephine! Glad we could share the home with your family before they moved and hope you made some lifelong memories during your week stay. This unit is sandwiched between the ocean and the channel which allows for great views of each as well as a quick walk to either location. It's great you were able to catch some of those famous WB sunsets especially from the cozy porches. We appreciate your business and hope you will choose our company for your next vacation! Take care!
