Quartz counter tops in Kitchen and both bathrooms. Porcelain tile floors in entire home. Kitchen Island with 4 high stools for additional seating. Breakfast nook off the kitchen great for casual meals and card games. Kitchen equipped with all utensils, pots and pans and dinnerware. Large family room/den with leather sofa, love set and recliner, all overlooking the beautiful pool, patio and lake. 65" Smart TV with 300 channels and most premium channels such as MAX, Hulu, Showtime, Prime, Netflix and others. High speed internet throughout the house at 1,000mbs. Wireless printer online.

Excellent Location
The location of this rental is top notch for a Universal visit. 15min from the airport, 35min from Universal and less than 5min from grocery, gas, shopping and a couple of great restaurants. Home itself is very good. Pool is awesome. Plenty of space to sprawl out. Great size in the kitchen. Too many owners belongings in the home. Seems like a new rental and maybe it's not fully ready? Cabinets, dressers, closets etc still have many personal items not removed. Master bedroom storage was packed with the owners things. Very difficult to comfortably unpack and checking for available storage felt like invading someone's space. Five star rental if these areas were empty.

Visit Relatives
My husband and I visited relatives staying at Ormond Beach and Satellite Beach in Florida. We also had time to spend alone at the home. We walked the neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home and pool. Thank you to our host, Ed Bender, who provided a welcome basket and all the essentials for our weekly stay. It was a relaxing and wonderful experience. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Orlando area. Laurie & Doug Swetman

Excellent stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful property. The pictures do not do this home justice. The furnishings are beautiful, the kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could possibly need and we all slept very well on the awesome mattresses. The neighborhood is also a huge plus. This was exactly what we were looking for to get some rest and relaxation. We would very highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Such a beautiful home.
We had a wonderful stay, cooking together, relaxing by the pool, playing the piano. Our host made it special for us, leaving a welcome basket and was a great communicator. Thank you so much for providing all we needed and more.

I moved into this home in 2016. I moved from Fort Lauderdale to be closer to my two daughters and 2 granddaughters. I just did a complete upgrade to the home. I love the home and hope you will love it too.

Vista Lakes was perfect for me. It does not have the overly congested streets like other sections of Orlando. My one criterion was to be close to a Publix - there is one across the street.

There is a very peaceful and serene aura here. The property is directly on the lake and fun to watch the many water birds that enjoy the lake.
