-To ensure a seamless check-in experience, guests are required to review and sign our standard rental agreement and complete a quick check-in form prior to arrival. This helps us comply with local regulations and provide the best possible stay.
-Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee. This is detailed in the guest contract.
-No Air Conditioning: This home does not have air conditioning. This is common for many waterfront cottages in Door County, where the cool breezes from Lake Michigan naturally keep temperatures comfortable most of the season. Fans are provided throughout the home for your comfort, but if air conditioning is a must-have for your stay, this property may not be the best fit.
-The primary renter must be 25 years or older.
-Natural Waterfront Notice: This home is located along a natural Lake Michigan lakeshore. Shoreline conditions—including vegetation, water clarity, water levels, and the amount of exposed sand or rock—vary throughout the season based on weather, water temperature, lake levels, and other natural factors. Photos accurately reflect the property when taken, but current shoreline conditions may differ. To protect the lake’s ecosystem, chemicals are not used to remove or control naturally occurring aquatic plants or shoreline vegetation.
