The 40 acres is 25 mins from DT Austin, 25 minutes to airport, 15 mins to F1, Coda and concerts, 25 mins to San Marcos, and 10 mins to Lockhart the barbecue capital of Texas!
You’ll experience 40 acres of hiking, a stocked pond for fishing, A huge gym with Sun light dome Sauna, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Can sleep six comfortably. And can request bunkbeds if needed.
The space
Property is private, rooms are private. Hardwood floor throughout house, with beautiful throw rugs. Light and bright modern farmhouse.
