This was the PERFECT spot for our Pacific Northwest Adventure! Kirkland has a great little downtown area with shops and good food. The condo is conveniently located to all the major things we wanted to do: Seattle, Mt Rainier, Olympic Peninsula, etc! It was awesome to return at the end of a busy day to the quiet neighborhood! And the view from the condo was excellent! Karlie was an amazing host! Would stay here again!!!! Highly recommended!

The view of lake Washington was magical ! It truly was even better than the pictures . The home was charming and walkable to downtown Kirkland . I would highly recommend and hope to go back .

Great place to stay in Kirkland. Conveniently located to downtown and Kirkland shopping. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again when next we visit.

Thank you, Karli! You were gracious to offer us an early check-in, and the house exceeded our expectations! I don't think there is a better rooftop view in all of Norkirk! It truly was breathtaking! Beds were comfortable and house was well stocked with toiletries, kitchen essentials, and cleaning products. We are looking forward to our return next summer :)

Comfortable, modern, very good condition, private roof deck, 20 min walk to cozy retail area. High-quality kitchen, bath. Good mattresses and pillows.

This listing is a gem! Our party of two couples had a wonderful long weekend stay here and found the home and the area to completely meet our needs. The two bedrooms are upstairs and the beds are extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the view and casual seating at the rooftop, and the dining in the area is nearby and plentiful. This is one of those places that you will certainly keep on your list to return to if you are in the area again. Karli is a fantastic host and communicated clearly and as needed. We loved it here!! Thanks for having us!

Karli was very responsive. The location is convenient. Street parking only, but it is not issue at all, a lot of parking spots available.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay so much! Beautiful townhome with all of the amenities. The view from the rooftop balcony was splendid. The townhome was centrally located to everything one could possibly need in Kirkland. Highly recommend!

A Bright, Beautiful Stay in a Wonderful NeighborhoodWe had a wonderful stay at this property! It is bright, spacious, beautifully maintained, and very well stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable visit. The layout makes it especially ideal for two couples or a couple traveling with older children, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy their time together.The property is located in a beautiful, quiet, and quaint neighborhood, which made the stay feel peaceful and relaxing while still being conveniently located. There is also easy access to some great restaurants, making it simple to enjoy delicious meals without having to travel far.One of our favorite features was the rooftop area and the incredible view. It’s such a beautiful spot to sit back, relax, and take in the scenery—especially in the evening.The property has a welcoming feel, thoughtful amenities, and everything you need to feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, bright, and well-equipped place in a charming neighborhood with a fantastic view!Host was very responsve and accommodating

Amazing stay in Kirkland

Great location in a friendly residential area. Very close to downtown Kirkland. Easy drive into Seattle and within 90 minutes of amazing Hiking and skiing. The host was very responsive and happily accommodated a schedule change for us. I highly recommend and would gladly stay again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Beautiful views even when it’s cloudy! Super clean, kitchen is nice (maybe sparse on a few utensils). Will definitely stay here when we return!

We stayed a week while visiting family. We couldn’t have rented a nicer place. Comfortable, clean with all the amenities!! Next time we are in Seattle, we will be renting from Karlie again 😊

Excellent location- beautiful and comfortable house. We stayed for just a few days but would have been happy to stay longer! Quiet location with ample street parking right outside the house. Clear directions on how to find and enter condo, and a nice house info booklet with lots of good information as well. The kitchen was well equipped for usual cooking. The appliances were high end and worked very well and the condo was clean with nice furniture that is more comfortable than most vrbos we have stayed at. The view from the rooftop is wonderful! Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. If we are in the area again I will definitely check to see if this condo is available.

This was one of our favorite VRBOs of all time. It was great to have all the space to our family of four (with two teens) after spending a few days in a hotel prior. We had a beautiful view of Lake Washington from the top of the house, though it did rain a couple days while on our trip, we still appreciated having a great home base. Everything was clean and new, and the whole house decor was bright and welcoming. We loved the large kitchen and eat-in area and spent evenings as a family watching Netflix in the living room. Having 2 full baths and a separate half bath downstairs was super convenient. The neighborhood in Kirkland was also great, close to Bridle Trails state park and Juanita Bay Park. As a family of trail lovers, we loved the location. We also had great food access - some of favorites: Korean (Chodung Tofu), Mediterranean (Padria Cafe), Indian (Tamdoori Corner of India). Since we’ve done Seattle too many times to count - this was a nice break and we were able to enjoy a tour at the University of Washington, while the Cherry Blossom trees were in full bloom.

This is a spacious, well maintained property. Everything is brand new! Kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, HVAC...and all top notch name-brand stuff! Individually temp-controlled rooms, and a private grass back yard. The view from the upper deck of Lake Washington is stunning! And street parking is always available. Karli is very responsive to any needs (including bringing over a second drip coffee maker!). On a scale of 1 - 10, this condo is a twelve. We are coming back.
