This property is spectacular because the guest cottage on our grounds is one of a kind. We designed the interior after we took a trip to Nantucket Island! People that have stayed here say it is uniquely peaceful! Was featured on, "TINY HOUSE NATION!."

Juanita Beach if 6 blocks away with a beautiful Lake Washington access for paddle boards and kayaks, lots of new climb on toys for kids of all ages, rentals, snack bar (in the summer months) All updated within the last 3 years. SO nice to have nearby and a great place to walk to (large walkway out around the beach area) and if you include that round trip from our house to the beach is 2 1/2 miles! So, you can your walks in!!
The benefits are that it's close to everything, the beach, the mountains, downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Boeing, Google, and if you love islands - the San Juan's are only 2 hrs. away!
Kirkland is like a beach town in the summer with arts festivals, alfresco dining everywhere and a beautiful waterfront to stroll and enjoy the view of downtown Seattle and the Olympic mountains. Come stay a week or stay a lifetime! You'll be glad you came! OH AND REMEMBER - IF YOU RENT A MOVIE ON OUR TV (NETFLIX, PRIME, ETC.)
