Completely renovated with high-end finishes, this condo is in a four-unit mid-century nestled on the south slope of Queen Anne, one of Seattle’s most charming and vibrant neighbourhoods. Known for its gorgeous homes and iconic views at nearby Kerry Park, Queen Anne boasts two lively and unique districts for shopping and entertainment and both are easily accessible from the condo:

Upper Queen Anne's shopping center is lined with trendy shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, a pharmacy, several banks, and grocers including Trader Joe’s, B&E Meats & Seafood, and a Farmers’ Market late May to October.

Uptown (also known as Lower Queen Anne) has cafes, restaurants and pubs plus the Metropolitan Market.

Uptown is home to the Seattle Center which has some of the City's most well-known attractions and venues including the Space Needle, McCaw Hall (Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet), Bagley Wright Theater (Seattle Rep), Climate Pledge Arena, Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), Cinema Uptown (venue for Seattle’s International Film Festival), Pacific Science Center, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Discovery Center, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and the Monorail (for a quick hop to the heart of downtown and Pike Place Market).

Owner lives in a separate condo on the property and is available to assist as needed.

The place was amazing and well appointed. Plenty of linens and the beds were really comfy! The kitchen is amazing, with anything you could possibly need to create whatever meal you would like. The owner was very kind and allowed part of my group to enter the home early the day we were to arrive. This allowed my brother-in-law to not only drop off groceries, but he also surprise us with a little decorated tree and other festive touches. It really made for a wonderful holiday!

Very clean, appreciated the ample towel supply, kitchen small but very well done (and clean dishes, no teflon, etc.). Good location for City adventures. Quiet, beautiful grounds, private parking spot. There are stairs to unit get into unit 3. Friendly host and neighbors.

My two sisters from Texas gave an overall impression of high praise. They really appreciated the two bedrooms. Also the quietness of the property and the location close to other relatives in the area. The property was very clean and well kept.

Perfect Stay in Queen Anne, Beautiful Condo with Thoughtful TouchesFrom the moment we arrived, this rental exceeded expectations. After a long day of travel from the east coast, we were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment stocked with snacks, beverages, and a fully supplied Keurig coffee station. It was a classy touch.The condo is tastefully arranged and perfectly stocked for guests. Every detail was considered, and it truly felt like a home away from home for the week. The location in Queen Anne could not have been better. The neighborhood is charming with plenty to see and do within walking distance. The Space Needle is within walking distance as well, and from there we were able to take the Monorail into downtown, which was an extremely convenient way to explore the city.We were fortunate to experience some of Seattle’s best weather, and we were very thankful that the condo had air conditioning units in every room. The assigned parking spot was another excellent amenity that added ease to our visit and made it simple to drive to nearby neighborhoods and the bay.The host was fantastic throughout. Communication was timely and clear, and instructions for check-in and the property could not have been easier to follow. This rental was exactly what we hoped for and more, and we are very glad we chose it for our Seattle stay. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic place with all new amenities, great ambiance and a welcoming area. Queen Anne area is a nice quiet spot away from downtown hustle and bustle, having guaranteed parking is fantastic! Easy commute anywhere around the area. Nice welcome board, comfortable beds with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the deck for evening cocktails/wine and enjoying Seattle summertime. Will definitely stay here again when we return! A great value!

Awesome Stay in Seattle!! Apartment was perfect for our girls "get away" to enjoy the Seattle area. The Queen Anne apt. is located in a beautiful quiet area close to lots of activities and eating places. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed, so many details were thought of, from Wine/ cheese and goodies to the really great sourdough bagels and cream cheese! There were plentiful towels and bathroom supplies along with laundry in case you needed it. The furniture was comfortable and so were the beds, best night sleep. The rooms all have A/C and heating with tasteful decor. Just note there are a good bit of stairs to get into the apartment, not a deterrent for us but good to know ahead of time. What a fabulous stay we had, thank you to John the owner for offering up the rental to us, we would love to come back when we have time for more exploring!

Queen Anne gem

This was our second time staying at this property. We last stayed here 4.5 years ago. The unit is still well maintained and works perfectly for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 8 and 5). The neighborhood and building are both quiet. We appreciate the dedicated parking spot.Small things are thought of, from bagels, a bottle of wine, and a charcuterie board to laundry detergent. Clear instructions were left as well. The beds and bedding are hotel quality.We would stay here again as it’s near family and comfortable.

One of THE BEST Places we have stayed

We went to Seattle to see a couple of hockey games and enjoy the city. This property's location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, Climate Pledge Arena, etc. We took scooters or bikes to get to Downtown and Pike's Market. The owner/manager had a bottle of wine, snacks, coffee, and bagels stocked for our stay. The home was very well furnished. I would 100% stay there again.

Outstanding attention by owner to so many details that made our stay in this condo such a memorable experience. Everything from wine & 'small bites' awaiting us at arrival to high quality of bedding, cookware & kitchen items, & all furnishings were high quality, even the smallest details not overlooked. Neighborhood amazingly quiet & peaceful. Very walkable area; we spent hours exploring, incl the 'new' Seattle waterfront with so many welcome updates. Per previous reviews, the views from nearby Kerry Park were stunning. Close to everything we needed. Wonderful!

Great Place to Stay

This was a nice space for 3 adults. The kitchen had all the essentials. John left bagels and wine which was a nice welcoming. The balcony was nice to sit and relax at the end of the day, even did some grilling. Heated bathroom floor was amazing as was the shower. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood on a steep hill. Having driveway parking was nice.

Great time!

Great quiet location. Love that we had our own parking spot and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking food that we purchased at Pike Place. Short, safe walk (uphill 2 blocks) to Kerry Park for spectacular views of the city!

Awesome city apartment!

This place is in a great location, in great condition and has a super host. We never had to ask for a thing. Clear directions, all the little details buttoned up. John has this dialed in. This location seemed to be 10-15 minutes to everything in the city. Neighborhood has so much character and is filled with greats shops and places to eat. Not to mention the killer view of the city a just a short block up the street. We will definitely be back!

Great location, excellent unit

The unit was nicely equipped and had enough space that the four of us weren’t constantly in each other’s space. The deck had a decent view and was a great place for my wife and I to relax in peace. Location was perfect. Walked to Seattle Center, shopping on top of Queen Anne, lots of restaurants. Easy drive to everything else we cared about.

Great location especially for those that like to walk. 1-3 miles from nearly everything you could want to do near downtown Seattle, Fremont and Ballard. Nice condo for the 4 of us. Well equipped Kitchen. Comfy beds. Great deck. Nothing fancy, but perfectly nice.
