From sunrise to sunset, the private marsh-view balcony offers a scenic perch for coffee or cocktails. A local off-shore charter service is located within walking distance of the condo and you'll be just across the river from Folly Beach, the pier, and Center Street bars and dining options.

The condo comes thoughtfully furnished with all the home essentials including a full kitchen, free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. The guest bedroom includes a dedicated desk for remote working while the primary bedroom includes a private bathroom and direct balcony access.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
