Welcome to Unit 164, Marsh View Villas
Unit 164 Marsh View Villas (a monthly rental) provides a perfect base of operations for those visitors who want to learn more about Charleston and its surrounding area’s rich history. Marsh View Villas is the last complex on the right side of Folly Road just before you cross the bridge onto Folly Beach Island. Our complex, which houses both Marsh View Villas and Mariners Cay, is a private and gated condo community offering many different amenities. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) in an elevated building. You can use steps or the elevator to reach the top floor.
Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo provides the adults with the privacy they seek while the kids have a room of their own. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-sized sleeper sofa. Next is a bathroom which has a full-sized shower. The master bedroom suite which has its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination with a door that closes it off from the rest of the unit. The master suite is furnished with a king-size memory foam mattress, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the deck overlooking the marsh and the Folly River. Our kitchen is fully-equipped with all the utensils and amenities needed to prepare your meals. Our condo has a large living room with comfortable furniture and a large flat-screen TV. This setup provides everyone with a place to sit and relax after a full day at the beach or exploring all that the Charleston area has to offer. For those that do not want to sit inside, the deck accessed from the living room and master bedroom provides our guests with magnificent unobstructed marsh and river views.
