Great location between Alys & Rosemary. Doesn’t have a pool, which we missed. Other than that, the property manager was responsive to any issues or concerns. Wish there was a shuttle to the beach, but it still wasn’t too far.

Location of the property is awesome! Home is a bit dated and was a bit dirty when we checked in. Pull out couch had food and crumbs all inside so we had our daughter sleep in the same room as brothers. Property is very spacious and accomdated our family of 5.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect, close to everything and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Parking was also very easy, which made everything so much more convenient.The condo had so many thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel effortless, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, as well as beach towels and chairs, such a nice touch.Kalos was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. All the information was clearly laid out with expectations set upfront, so there was no guessing, which we really appreciated.Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

We had an incredible stay at Kalos Dwelling! Christine was fantastic to work with—she answered all of our questions promptly and made sure we felt right at home. The place was spotless and very well-maintained. There was so much to do in the area, from exploring cute nearby towns with unique beach vibes to riding the provided bikes along scenic routes. Each town offered something different, and we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend Kalos Dwelling for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable getaway!

We had a fabulous time in the Home, everything was as shown in the pictures, and the location was perfect for beach, pool and restaurants. The parking was excellent and the Alexandra building was first class. We look forward to our next stop in the Alexandra. Mike & Yvonne
