Amazing property! Just steps away from the beach, the pool and all the Seacrest and Rosemary Beach shops. The house was incredible and clean. This is a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway where you feel isolated and connected to everything at the same time. Already looking forward to returning.

Great stay! You're very close to the beach stairs and to the community's pool. You're also within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. The beach area you have access to is a little small and crowded, but we never had issues finding a spot.

We had an excellent vacation at this property. Terrific location: very short walk to beach; easy 5-10 minute walk to restaurants/shopping; quiet & safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—everything we wanted was easily accessible. The unit itself was comfortable, relaxing, and truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already planning to make 30A an annual vacation spot, and we would 100% rebook this property without hesitation. Highly recommend!

The home itself is wonderful - well kept and many amenities.The location relative to the beach is ok. The steps down are extensive and should be highlighted as such in the detailed decription.It is not ocean view… partial or minimal ocean view would be a more honest description.The requirement to wear bracelets to get in and out is petty, parochial and unnecessary. Finally there is the problem of the beach service. It seems the management of the complex has entered into some kind of exclusive agreement with “La Dolce Vita” beach service which includes usurping a majority of the small beach area allotted to Seacrest. Which leaves a tiny portion to those who prefer not to use the beach service. So it is a scam and should be explained fully in the details so as not to surprise guests. Finally - I would prefer to pay more rather than asked to do laundry and excessive cleaning duties prior to departure.

This is our second time at this amazing home and I am already ready to book for next year. The beds are so comfy and the kitchen has everything you need to stay comfortably for a week (or more). Very clean and excellent location! Can’t wait to come again!!

Great location! I thoughts it was closer to the beach when I booked it, but it was close enough and in a great neighborhood with beach access so it worked out fine. The house was very comfortable and cute.

Great location

Sunset Veranda was the perfect spot for our family of three. Such a cute home that is only steps from the beach and a very short walk to the shops at Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Home was quiet, cozy and bright! Loved the location - super short walk to beach and fun spots. Being in a gated community was a bonus with very kind and attentive security staff. Not a huge fan of the public beach and access but thankfully not too busy during our visit. We really didn’t want to leave!

Great location and beautiful home!

Beautiful home with a balcony that is perfect for drinking morning coffee and a small patio downstairs that our daughter loved using. Easy walk to the beach and the garage is a nice bonus. Lots of extras in there to make the beach more enjoyable.

Nice location near beach and shops. Beautiful beach, a bit crowded for my taste, especially on weekends. During the week it wasn't bad. The house is nice, very clean and comfortable. One of the cleanest rental houses I have ever rented. Comfortable beds and plenty of nice towels, laundry/dish detergent.

This home is decorated beautifully and has everything you need to enjoy a week (or more) at the beach. The beds are so comfy and plenty of seating in the living areas. We loved this home and will be coming again as soon as we can!

Close to everything & very nice rental

Our stay was great, thank you. The house was as advertised/listed & prior reviews were spot on. Good walking location from many things.Nice plus the items for the beach in garage as well as beach towels! Decorated very nicely & clean. We would book again! Thanks again!

Great location

The location is wonderful! The home was clean and very nice! The only thing to be aware of is that you have to park in the garage- which is wonderful- but our Ford F150 had about 2 inches on each side for clearance lol

Perfect beach house

We had a great stay at this Seacrest Beach house! It is very nice and has all the amenities you will need for your stay. The house is very well equipped, clean and up to date with new furniture. The location is excellent. Very close to the pool and beach. We would definitely stay here again on a visit to Seacrest Beach!!

This location was perfect. Centrally located between Rosemary and Alys beaches, walkable to most shopping and restaurants. The home was a perfect size for 4 people. The bathrooms could use an upgrade/refresh with a vanity instead of a pedestal sink but we made it work. This home was so convenient to the beach as well. It was such an easy walk down to the beach with our chairs and gear. The home had chairs and beach towels for use which was so nice. The kitchen was well appointed and the family area was a nice sized space. The front deck was large and gave you a little view of the ocean. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again.

The property has a nice location. Dated furnishings, Lighting was strange and difficult in bathrooms. Outside grill filthy so unusable. Kitchen had no bowls for chips, salad. A few cereal bowls. Also no area for storing dry goods in kitchen. The pedestal sinks should be replaced with a cabinet and counter space. In bathrooms. This just needs updating so it is inline with the community.

Pretty great

We loved our stay! Thought it was very amazing and the neighborhood was good and everything. Only thing that threw us off was that we thought the beach was more private and also we thought there would be more toilet paper than what was given. But overall an amazing experience and would 100% come back!!
