Building Notice: The association is currently completing a concrete improvement and exterior painting project throughout the complex, which is expected to continue through mid-November. Most activity is concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though work may take place in other areas of the property as the project progresses. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise and may notice workers or equipment on site.

​​​​​​​Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo it had everything we needed for the beach, comfy beds, great views and just a nice set up in general. It was very close to the beach as well as many good restaurants. The owners were very responsive when I reached out as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place with great views and a short walk to the beach. The condo fit my family perfectly and met our needs for our stay. There’s an added bonus of beach equipment for your stay. Parking at night can get filled but there was plenty of overflow parking on property free of charge which is an added bonus. Definitely thinking of returning next year!!!!

This place was super clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Rare to find a place with enough beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, so very much appreciated that these were provided. Would definitely stay again!

The unit was absolutely beautiful and had every little touch we needed plus more to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The property was clean and the proximity to the beach was great for us and our kids. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in cocoa beach! It was also walking distance to a great breakfast place, Whisk & Grind that we walked to every morning.

Excellent location! Beautiful beach and great part of town. Room was clean and well stocked with everything you could need! Host was accommodating and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location and access to the beach is what will draw you to this property. The condo itself was not very clean. There was mold on the ceilings in the hall bathroom, the light over the shower would flicker regularly (host did offer to come in to assess but we didn’t want to interrupt our time), stains on bed sheets and mattress covers that resembled blood, showers with dirt on the walls, food stains on the wall in the kitchen and silverware/kitchen drawers were visibly dirty. Also, light switches did not coordinate with lamps or fans so most of the time we just used the fan light pulls if we needed light. We will not return to this condo but know the host is a management rental company and open to other condos at this property.

This was a lovely, clean condo. Close to the beach and provided beach amenities which was wonderful for those of us that flew there and couldn't pack it.

Great spot!

The condo has beautiful ocean views and overlooks the pool as well! Great location with easy access to Viera, Melbourne, and a short drive to Orlando! The condo has a very comfortable couch to lounge on, and comfortable beds for sleeping!

The condo was spacious, bright, and updated. The balcony received a lot of sun. The host was responsive and flexible. Nice amenities such as shampoo and conditioner in the shower and chairs and boogie boards to use on the beach. The only downside were the beds. They were all very soft (I think foam mattresses) and did not work for our adult (50) backs.

Thanksgiving on the beach!

The condo was large, comfortable, well equipped, and clean. The location was ideal for visiting the Kennedy Space Center and was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beach and pool were very nice and we even got to see a SpaceX launch one night on the beach! We would definitely rent this condo again.

Relaxing Family Vacation in Cocoa

My wife and I visited family, and decided to stay in Cocoa Beach. So glad we booked with Spanish Main. The beautiful, spacious property is well-maintained. It's a fun, yet relaxing vibe - the other guests were friendly. The pool is perfect (and it's right n the beach, too!). It's close to great dining. Management was terrific - they checked in on us to ensure all was well, and answered all of our questions. It was the perfect choice for us, and we'll be back!

Beautiful place in the perfect location

We stayed in this condo for 12 days. It was a beautiful condo right on the beach. The location was perfect. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We even got to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space center. Would definitely return.

This condo was advertised as luxury. It was anything but luxury. The washing machine did not work, and was filled with mildew. The owners sent two separate repairmen, neither could fix it. They did however point out the advanced age and disrepair of the unit. We were told by the manager that our only option was to go to a laundromat.The towels were basically threadbare. The coffee machine was ancient. These are but a few examples. The place seriously needs a complete makeover to be remotely considered as luxury. The entire unit needs to be painted again. The appliances are very dated (even the ones that work). We had to ask for the 4 chairs that were advertised, there were only 3 initially. We have stayed in other multiple other units in Spanish Main. It is a very desirable location. This unit is nowhere near the luxury of those. No rugs, no floormats. Scant cleaning supplies.The property manager was usually very quick to respond to me and I do not blame her. I simply cannot recommend staying at this unit with such superior alternatives available

This property was great! It was just as the pictures showed. It was very clean and updated. We have stayed in many units at Spanish Main and this was by far the nicest. Very bright and not cluttered with a bunch of junk. Just what one needs. Will definitely book again.
