You live on 150 square meters apartement, in a two story house.3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and Florida room. One bedroom has a Queen size bed. Two bedrooms have king size beds.There is a brand new leather sofa in the living room.
Towels, beach towels, linens, everything is there. The whole apartment we have created in beach style. So that your holidays right
begins at the door. There is a big garden with a wonderful pool.Garden and pool is shared with the two apartments above. We have built a deck with tiki bar for you. There are 2 Kayaks and a SUP that you may use.Kayaks and SUP are shared with the two apartments above.. You can directly go from the garden on the River. Definitely you will be amazed by the unique nature. You can watch dolphins and manatees up close. Come to us in the paradise!

Perfect home away from home

Nice sized with comfortable beds and sofas. Walking distance to restaurants. Very nice pool and river front pier.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and the beautiful back yard on the river. The property was nice and close to access the beach, where it was nice and quiet, much less crowded then other areas. The sunsets each night were breathtaking. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Location

Amazing spot- we saw dolphins every day. Kids loved the pool and the beach, adults loved the chairs by the river. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Thanks!!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time in Goodland. The host is very friendly and helpful and the home is very clean and comfortable. We love the small town feel and look forward to returning next year.

Great place to be

The beach house was great. We enjoyed walking along the Atlantic in the morning or kayaking along the Banana River and watching dolphins. We even saw dolphins very close up from the pool. There were enough shady spots in the garden and the pool was always good for cooling off. The house is nice and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner was available at all times and had tips for us. Thank you Regula... we had great, relaxing days in Cocoabeach ☀️!

Dolphin Bay

Is our second time at the property and we enjoyed every second. Pool, fishing, and Kayaking. We had plenty of towels and everything that we needes. The outside could use some Tlc but not big deal.

Kennedy space center getaway

The property had everything we needed, perfect for our short getaway. Walking distance to the beach and it was great sitting out on the deck in the evening looking over the Indian river at sundown. Nice pool and fenced in back yard was perfect for our four legged little guys. Only a couple of things we would suggest, an upgrade to the living area furniture (very uncomfortable)and the shower floor in the primary bathroom has quite a slope and no grab bar and when wet was a little scary making it a fall hazard. Family Get-away

We had a great time, enjoyed the short walk to the beach - the provided chairs, towels and wagon were much appreciated. The sunsets over the Banana River were amazing! We enjoyed watching Dolphins at play, and venturing out on the kayaks and additional paddleboards my son brought. We found the apartment to be very comfortable and would not hesitate to return!

Beautiful location on river walking distance to beach

We spent two nights here after a cruise and loved the location. The backyard and pool (that is shared with other rental properties) were gorgeous and provided us with outdoor living space or just the view we needed as we wound down from a week of cruise ship activity. The location - within a short walk to the Atlantic side of the area gave this area a unique feel. The property inside was clean and spacious. A choice you won't regret.

Loved this place!!! Easy access to everything without having to travel far.

We so enjoyed our stay here.we saw dolphins almost every day in the banana river. The owners were great and made sure our time was amazing. There is public beach access right across the road (I would estimate 1/4 mile distance). Spent our days in the sun and the sand!!! Best place I've rented on vrbo yet:)

great location!

We were pleasantly impressed with the location. The river is beautiful and much larger than we expected. We saw manatee, dolphins, stingray and puffer fish right from the shore. Ocean is directly across the street and we had a beautiful secluded view of the ocean.

Great vacation spot

The photos simply do not do this apartment justice, it is a large airy property well equipped for all your vacation needs. We spent three nights here and made good use of the pool, kayaks & paddle boards. Saw dolphins in the river (unfortunately kept missing the manatee!) Would definitely recommend & would return tomorrow if we could.

Paradise

I don't believe that there's any words can describe this little place of paradise. Seen dolphin's every day that we were here. Even when we went to go eat we did not want to leave. We will be back many times.

Perfect for us

This place is perfect for us because it’s right across from the beach (we are surfers) and we have children also. They love to kayak and see the dolphins and pelicans flying by. We even saw a rocket launch one time. I wish we had more money to spend because we would’ve enjoyed some fine dining at the Fat Snook restaurant which is a block away.

Awesome

Our stay was awesome. This place is a hidden gem and i want to keep it all to myself. I already am trying to find a week in 2025. Sitting on the river watching the birds and dolphins and walking to the beach for that view and shells galore. I even got to see the Spacex Falcon take off. We were not bothered by anyone m. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Dolphins for Days

The best part of the stay was seeing the dolphins light up the water at night because of the glowing plankton! We saw a Manatee and tons of dolphins. We spent most our time by the pool, paddle boarding and kayaking. We even got to see a Dolphin jump out of the water and catch a fish. Tiki bar is amazing, especially during the short rains. The house had all the amenities one could need!

Great place to stay in Cocoa Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay in this great place in Cocoa Beach. It was comfortable, large and the yard was absolutely wonderful. We didn't really need more than that. Cooling down in the pool (as it was hot), having our morning coffee watching dolphins in the Banana River. Absolutely relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a laundry room so we could refresh our clothes before we moved on, which was very convenient. The owners were helpful. If we would ever go back to Cocoa Beach, we would surely visit this place again.

Friend weekend

This is my favorite place to go and relax anytime of year! I have rented this beautiful home 4 times in the last few years and each trip is better than the one before! The owner is so accommodating and responds promptly anytime you message! My friends and I had the very best time kayaking on the river and walking on the beach! We didn't see as many dolphins this trip but still saw a few! Everything is just as described in the information yet really way better!

Bayside peaceful retreat

The house was as described, equipped with plenty of towels and cookware. Grill worked perfectly. We really enjoyed the evening sunset watching for dolphins and manatee, which we saw both several times over 2 days. Unfortunately, previous guest put bait in the freezer and the smell was still there. I won't hold this against the owners but to make guest aware of what not to do. We simply walked across the four lane road to the beach. Beach access was directly across the street from the corner. I highly recommend this rental for a stay before a cruise out of Port Canaveral.

Location great to explore on wheels

We enjoyed the views and location. Weather not on our side that week we where not able to enjoy the kayaks. But is was a great option had we had good weather. Owner was very accommodating with early check in request. Great property. There are people above and some creaking floors, a few small maintenance items. But good value on a 4 star property. It was a quit spacious 3 bed 2 bath.
