You live on 150 square meters apartement, in a two story house.3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and Florida room. One bedroom has a Queen size bed. Two bedrooms have king size beds.There is a brand new leather sofa in the living room.
Towels, beach towels, linens, everything is there. The whole apartment we have created in beach style. So that your holidays right
begins at the door. There is a big garden with a wonderful pool.Garden and pool is shared with the two apartments above. We have built a deck with tiki bar for you. There are 2 Kayaks and a SUP that you may use.Kayaks and SUP are shared with the two apartments above.. You can directly go from the garden on the River. Definitely you will be amazed by the unique nature. You can watch dolphins and manatees up close. Come to us in the paradise!

Very fun & great place to stay! Even when I had technical problems with my app they were awesome! Very cute house, plenty to do to keep the kids busy and parents! Great safe area to let your kids walk to the beach on their own (teens). Can hear people above you but it didn’t bother us! They had a very well stocked house, we forgot so much household items but it worked out! We’ll be back & Thank You!!

Top locatie! Onze eerste ochtend zwom er tijdens het koffie drinken heel dichtbij een manatee langs. Later zagen we ook dolfijnen zwemmen. Het huis is netjes en schoon en heeft een mooie tuin met zwembad. Ook hebben we een bezoek gebracht aan een lokale bar. Dit was een tip van de eigenaar. We hebben een hele gezellige avond gehad.

Excellent Property on the River

This is our second time here and it was amazing as expected. The home is in an excellent location and the amenities are exactly what we're looking for. The kayaks and paddle board on the river are the perfect touch for water activities and the short walk to the beach couldn't be easier.

Great cozy getaway

Great place to stay. Quiet, except people upstairs wit a child running around. Clean, well stocked and easy check in. Tv in bedroom not working. Pool clean and outdoor space very relaxing. Could have used instructions for check out, hope everything was left as excepted.

Fun, short stay

The property is an older home that had plenty of space for my family. The kids were thrilled to have their own rooms and we really enjoyed the pool and the view of the dolphins in the river. Walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes and very easy to cross the road. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Our Favorite Place!

Our family Loves this place! This was our 2nd time staying here and everyone always feels right @ home. Beds are super comfortable & kitchen has everything you could possibly need, especially loved the new frig this year!You can not find a more relaxing place.Watching dolphins & stingrays in the river and so many beautiful birds from the gorgeous pool is especially cool!We will be back!

We loved staying at this property! Being right on the Banana River was fantastic! My son fished every day and we loved the beautiful sunsets every evening! We love to surf and the beach access was just across the street! The unit was spacious, clean and well equipped. Our best beach/surf trip yet!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and the beautiful back yard on the river. The property was nice and close to access the beach, where it was nice and quiet, much less crowded then other areas. The sunsets each night were breathtaking. Would highly recommend!

Kennedy space center getaway

The property had everything we needed, perfect for our short getaway. Walking distance to the beach and it was great sitting out on the deck in the evening looking over the Indian river at sundown. Nice pool and fenced in back yard was perfect for our four legged little guys. Only a couple of things we would suggest, an upgrade to the living area furniture (very uncomfortable)and the shower floor in the primary bathroom has quite a slope and no grab bar and when wet was a little scary making it a fall hazard.
