The unit is nice, comfort and rooms were clean! We used the outside patio, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening! The unit could use more hooks, as there is only two. Plus, a wall table or a piece of furniture to lay some of my items out! It was a pleasant three night stay.

Was a cute little downstairs room, was cozy and good for the short night I had there. I will say, there were multiple spider webs in various places and the shower lights did not work. They put these press-on lights on the ceiling and the batteries were out. When I called about it since I didn’t want to take a shower in the pitch black, she said she had to order more on Amazon. I unhinged them and they just needed a change out, and I called again. She left some replacement batteries for just one of the lights. It was a very nice couple and the wife needs to get a karaoke machine for that voice of hers! It wasn’t a horrible experience at all but just little prep things that could’ve helped it go smoother for the both of us. Definitely recommend for anyone, has two spacious bedrooms!

Hi there, thank you for the feedback. For future clarity, we are always happy to address maintenance items immediately when notified at a reasonable hour rather than late at night. Additionally, we suggest avoiding passive-aggressive comments about the host, that is uncalled for, unnecessary, and rude. Regarding the lights, we did appreciate the heads-up and provided batteries, but you did not mention that extra sets were needed. Wishing you the best on your future travels!

Something to watch for

When we arrived there was no bathmat. Consequently my husband fell on a wet floor. He was not injured. The owners did bring a bathmat on the next day. There is a step into the shower also. Tough for older people like us!

Thank you for the review Jan. We are glad to hear your husband is ok. The bath mat was our cleaner’s overlook (she is a great person and felt bad for this). She had an emergency that day, and had to leave in a rush, we apologize for that (again). We will make sure that the step in the bathroom is mentioned very clearly in the listing description. Nice place just a couple blocks from pond.

Clean, no funky smells or added scents, good firm beds and bedding. Despite all the lake pictures (one of them labelled "property grounds") the nearest water is a pond in the city park a block away. You will share the backyard with owners' dog and its poop. The smart TV was not set to guest mode, so it was a problem. I used my own Roku stick. Access to laundry room is by thin door and also allows access to owners' entire house. We enjoyed our stay; we felt like teenagers hanging out in the basement while our parents were upstairs the whole time.

Better than the pics

My first impression is that it's cuter than the pictures show. You walk into a small living room area where the two bedrooms and bathroom branch off of. It's homey, it's decent size. Not too small for what we needed. We didn't spend much time there however. It was literally just to sleep! It's so close to a nice paddle boarding lake, some shopping centers and great restaurants. Sometimes there was some noise upstairs but nothing bad. Nice little backyard area but we never had a chance to light a fire and hang out. One day we were out till exhausted and the other there was a bad storm.

Great spot just outside of Boulder! Access was great and has your own private entrance/patio area. Plenty of space for the quick weekend with easy access. Will definitely check out downtown Longmont the next time we come through!
