Welcome to the Spanish Village by the Sea! Enjoy beautiful sunsets and temperate ocean breezes throughout your stay here. You are a short walk to beaches and the beach trail. Relax with an outdoor patio and grill, steaming TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and extras like bikes, beach chairs, wagon, and boogie boards provided. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated, you are sure to enjoy your stay!

This modern coastal condo provides a perfect vacation home for a family with children or a fun getaway with friends.

The living room, dining area and kitchen all flow into one large spacious area for you to live in. Enjoy streaming TV or a delicious home-cooked meal prepared in a true cook’s kitchen.

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find the master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a desk for working. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with twin bed above and books and toys to keep the little ones entertained. A full bathroom with bathtub and shower will keep everyone clean.

The outdoor patio boasts comfortable patio seating and has a gas grill, so you can easily cook your favorite meals outside and enjoy them in the fresh air.

Modern, clean, and yet cozy. The best of both worlds, you can relax in the comfort and warmth of this home and still be close to all that San Clemente has to offer.

The location is perfect! An easy walk to the beach. The unit is great with good quality supplies and amenities. There's a really nice outdoor patio that is very pleasant. We loved our stay!

The apartment had everything we needed for our family vacation and is beautifully designed. The location is fantastic for easy access to both the beach and the shops on Del Mar street.

Spacious, comfortable beds and pillows. Clean, cute, had everything we needed! Provided toys and books for the kids, even had a pack n play! Check in and out was super easy. Very close to the beach. Would stay here again!

This place had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, with a great location, and parking. It worked well for us and three teenagers. Even the TVs were easy to add Netflix, prime, etc, just don't forget to remove when you leave. We walked to beach, shops, pier, etc, but we don't mind walking 10-20 min. It can be a little hilly. The beach trails are closed, and will be for a while, but there is public parking by the pier or north beach. There are some trails less than 20 min walk north with some great views. The climate was awesome, surf was a little high but safe. Older structures can allow a little noise if neighbors are talking, but the ac units were the perfect white noise. We would definitely book again.

Wonderful!

Absolutely loved our stay. This was a beautiful condo in mint condition. Clean, new and stocked with everything you would need for a fabulous beach vacation. The location was perfect. We were in the area for a surf competition and couldn't wait to return to this wonderful condo at the end of the day. Such a treat! Highly recommend!

Awesome place! Super clean, well decorated, new, very comfortable, great size space with a really convenient garage and parking. Location is perfect, walkable to dining and beach, yet on a quiet street. Host are very responsive and have pretty much everything needed for a great stay. Kitchen is well furnished and has pretty much everything for anyone wanting to cook all meals.

This property was clean and adorable. Fit my family perfect. Close to the beach and downtown. I highly recommend. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and bbq on the porch.

Very open space for our family and a great location to everything in San Clemente, especially the pier, beach and main strip. Great to have all the beach supplies provided too.We had a few issues with streaming and ants in the kitchen. Jordan quickly brought over things to assist with the ant issue and it did resolve the problem. It also would have been helpful to have a utility drawer to address small things that might be needed, like tape. Overall a good place and location. Would recommend!
