Quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean with no foul odors. Pillows and bedding very comfortable along with fluffy towels and extra blankets. The portable oscillating fan is an excellent amenity added for fan sleepers like myself.

We enjoyed this property as we went over to go skiing at Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. It was quick and easy to get to many great restaurants in Johnson City. I’d come back if we go see again. Communication was great with the owner as well.

Wonderful property, extremely clean, well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and our hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend.

Great location if you don’t mind hearing trains. The neighbor did a load of laundry about 1 AM. I made the assumption (so this is on me) that the bottle of shower gel had something in it when I got in the shower. The Wi-Fi was out the majority of the time I was there ( was told that there was a problem with the provider). The area rug in the living room was soiled. The book about the dos and don’ts that was left was inaccurate and had completely different information than the email I received. The kitchen was great. I didn’t mind unloading the last person’s clean dishes because the kitchen was clean and stocked with great coffee. I do volunteer bookkeeping for a nonprofit so I was glad there was a Starbucks within reasonable distance so I could use their Wi-Fi. The host and co-host answered within a reasonable amount of time but their answers about the internet seemed more polite than anything. It’s an older unit and there weren’t easily accessible outlets for charging my phone etc. I rarely do reviews unless I can give an excellent rating but after seeing the reviews this unit had I thought it would suit my needs more than a hotel. It definitely did not.

Nice apartment rental in Johnson City

Spent 5 nights here while visiting my son at ETSU. The location was perfect - near the college and downtown JC. The space was perfect for the two of us. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was quiet, and the views out the front over the mountains were lovely. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything your looking for!!

Stayed for three nights before my daughter could move into her apartment for ETSU. This listing is clean and has everything you need for the stay. Apartment is minutes away from everything in Johnson City

Perfect location, clean, highly recommend!

My 16 year old son and I booked this apartment for our trip from NY to Johnson City TN to visit my dad. This location was 5 minutes from his house so it was perfect! The apartment was very clean, and just what we needed for the week. The bed was a little firmer than I am used to so that was tough for me but everything else was perfect.

It was close to the hospital where my son was and close to everything, hospital, shopping and eating. I would recommend the owner have a railing on the stairs, the other units had one but not the one we stayed in. perhaps handles in the tub for safety with seniors like me and a small chair in the bedroom to make dressing easier. Overall we were pleased with the place.
