Superb location and set up for enjoying Johnson City and ETSU. The wooded yard, fire pit and grill area was a perfect compliment to our stay. Very relaxing, and the host was beyond helpful with each question or step we needed to get set up for our stay. We will aim to stay here again!

Very beautiful and hospitable!! Wheelchair accessible walkway is quite steep, doorways a bit narrow, and bathroom is not accessible for disabilities, but if those aren’t issues for you then it is a lovely place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Abundant amount of outside space and amenities. Lots of games to play inside on a rainy day. Hiking trails right on the property!! Couldn't have asked for more.

Wonderful 4 night stay!

Wanderlust is amazing! Stacey, the host, thought of every detail for this place. The place is as perfect as the pictures. We enjoyed the outside grilling and fire pit while visiting our sons. We look forward to the next stay!

Beautiful Place

BEAUTIFUL & clean place! We loved it! I loved the lights around the whole place & how friendly the host was! The beds were extremely comfortable! They had everything you could ask for there! Beautiful scenery & it’s about 30 minutes from Brights Zoo. & other places for kid friendly activities. Will be staying again!

The hostess is wonderful. She went way above and beyond for us during the storm. Everything was provided and clean. I would stay again.

Relaxing Getaway

Stacey is incredible. Very sweet, communicative and always ready to be at your service. The space was quiet and a secluded retreat and with everything you need (so grateful for the washer/dryer) and amenities just minutes away. The access to Tweetsie Trail an added bonus. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay.

We had a great stay. Lovely details from the host, the house was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had what we needed. The house has nice lighting-no bright white bulbs glaring in your eyes. We will book again next time we visit. Thank you!

AMAZING! From the moment we walked through the front door we were impressed. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The eclectic 70s theme was super fun and honestly, I felt like we were staying at a mini Graceland! The place was super clean with comfy beds, soft sheets, and a well-appointed game room. The house was very quiet ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The ample outdoor seating areas provided a cozy place to enjoy the lovely wooded view. So many special touches to name them all. Let's just say that you will want for nothing, as the hosts have thought of everything! We only had a couple of questions at check out and received a prompt courteous reply. If you are ever in the Johnson City area, Wanderlust should definitely be the top choice for your stay!

Beautiful and cozy indoor and outdoor spaces!

We really enjoyed our stay at Wanderlust Woods! There were so many cozy spaces with cushions, blankets and/or candles - inside and outside of this home! The host was very kind, thoughtful, offered wonderful suggestions and always responded quickly to questions. There were special touches in every room! The home is very easy to find and is located close to several major highways. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Fun stay!

We stayed 2 nights with our 10 & 8 year old. They loved all the lights, decor & the outdoor space. The place was well stocked with warm blankets, tea/coffee/hot cocoa, as well as wood and stuff to make s'mores. It was a cool, rainy weekend but we were very cozy. Enjoyed the game room as well. The home is very close to the interstate, which you can hear when outdoors, but is also a convenience as you able to get anywhere around town quickly. Host was responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Overall Great Experience

We had a wonderful time with our special guests at this nice location. The aesthetics in the venue were as the photos, very vibrant and soothing plus the constant nice aroma. We look forward to coming back again and staying with another group of friends. Stacey was very kind with great communication throughout our stay and assist with some items. I recommend this location with a small group, the outdoors was a plus especially with the firepit to enjoy smores at night. Will Inov8Studios & Xhunger.com
