It backs onto a forested area with a trail to the Gallatin River, offering wildlife viewing opportunities (binoculars included) and close proximity to Bozeman`s attractions. Inside, enjoy ample space, natural light, and an open-concept design, fully stocked for your convenience and comfort during your Southwest Montana escape.

Experience comfort in this spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, that comfortably sleep 6, but can accommodate up to 8 guests. The condo spans 1064 square feet, excluding the two-car garage.

The building is a duplex, accommodating other tenants on the opposite side, while our unit ensures complete privacy.

This property is registered and licensed with the State of Montana and Gallatin County and managed by Tessa Witmer, Licensed Montana Property Manager (RRE-RPM-LIC-109282).
We follow all health department regulations and pay lodging taxes on this property as required by law.

Within a quick 5-minute drive lies `Four Corners`, a quirky hub boasting a range of businesses including bars, a Mexican restaurant, a cowboy cafe, a breakfast place, an espresso stand, a pizza place, a small supermarket, and a fly-fishing shop with great advice on what the trout are biting at the time.
Located about 15 minutes from Bozeman`s lively Main Street, this home serves as an excellent starting point for exploring downtown Bozeman, Big Sky, and Yellowstone National Park. It`s 8 miles to downtown Bozeman, 10 miles to the airport, 25 miles to Bridger Bowl, 35 miles to Livingston, 45 miles to Big Sky, and 85 miles to Yellowstone National Park.

Getting around is easiest by vehicle. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you`ll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana`s beauty.
We understand plans can change, so here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.
- Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).
