We can't wait to have you stay at our place! This vacation rental condo in Myrtle Beach offers breathtaking views and days spent on the soft, white sand. The condo has a full kitchen with an oven for cooking, a murphy bed for the kids, and two queen beds. The condo is in a great location, very clean, and has great internet.



The Neighborhood:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas of this resort. Please only smoke in these designated areas. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat this unit as you would your own home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Additional Features: Hairdryer, Amazing views, modern decorations, 24/7 Onsite Security, Guest service via text, email, or phone, Short walk to 2nd Avenue Pier and Family Kingdom Amusement Park



Getting Around:

This oceanfront rental is located in the Sandy Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach. It's a great area with lots to do for the whole family. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Splashes Water Park are nearby, and you can walk to Friendly's for some 50's style ice cream. Take a stroll on the Pier and Boardwalk, or sightsee some of the amazing places Myrtle Beach has to offer. The zip line is great entertainment close by too! And if you're looking for a tasty meal, there are several restaurants within walking distance.

The good- was right on the beach communication with the host was good overall clean No bugs which is a plus The bad- I was told there was pots and pans there and there wasn’t Took 2 days for me to get a pillow The microwave door didn’t open the whole wayThe key for laundry room kept deactivating and the people was rude when we had to keep getting a keyWi-Fi wouldn’t work properly Hair was in the drain in the tub Was told 10am check out there is a thing in the room that said 11

By freshly updated, they mean there's new bedspreads on the beds! Everything else is old! Furniture, appliances, bathroom, all OLD!Sliding door to balcony was completely missing. Dirt found on every surface we wiped down. Apparently no one checks the unit prior to check in. The unit didn't have a single pot or pan, and not one drinking glass. I contacted the owner & received them the following afternoon.Smoke detector started beeping, bad battery. Instead of sending maintenance to change it, we were told to do it ourselves.Very disappointing!

This property has the most amazing and beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The host was very nice and responsive. The place is large and plenty of space for 2 or a family. We are already planning on when to come back and want this same accommodation.

The resort is very nice, great location, but the room itself could be improved. Dirty dishes under the sink, the microwave door can only open part way, the air conditioner looks like it hadn't been whipped down in months, floor under sofa dirty and the balcony not vacuumed

Property was great. The only thing to be ready for is for ID verification- I might have missed it in the fine print but it caught us off guard traveling there. They did work with us to make sure we were verified even though we didn’t have all the stuff with us at the time it just caught us off guard. But this was more the property management not the host. Other than that they were great and the pool and views were amazing. Being so close to carnival was great (right next to room) and most food places close at like 10 or 11 but this place has a pizza place right downstairs open super late. Great for teens. And an open late convenience store.

This is a great property! Something to do for all ages. The room was clean and in very good shape! The location was awesome! The whole process was easy and enjoyable!! Will definitely stay again! Soon Hopefully!!

We had a great time, but we were a little disappointed in the unit we stayed in. It was very clean except behind the Murphy bed.”Bedroom” appeared to be updated and mattresses were very comfortable. Other than a new microwave, the bedroom is where the update stopped except for new flooring. This place suited our needs just fine, but the sofa needs to be replaced. Towels and sheets were great.This unit has two AC units, one in the den area & one in the “bedroom”. The AC unit in the bedroom did not work.They did send someone to look at it, but I don’t think the owner gave approval for it to be replaced/repaired.This meant we had to leave both doors open so that the AC in the den could cool the bedroom, so there was no privacy.We also used 2 box fans to help move the cold air to the bedroom. All appliances worked, although outdated. There was no way to lock the sliding glass door & even when completely closed, there was a gap that let our precious cold air out and hot air in.The door worked fine, it is just not very energy efficient, Other than the sofa & behind the Murphy bed being dirty, everything else was ok and very clean.The location was convenient & the beach was not over crowded.We had no problems having to wait for the elevators.The carpet in the hotel hallways was dirty & dingy and needs replacing, but this is not part of the unit.Overall, everything was fine & we would most likely stay in this unit again, but would hope the AC would be fixed & sofa replaced.

As advertised

Condo suited our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean and everything worked, in room ice maker was a nice bonus. Bathroom was clean but the water pressure in the shower was low and the temperature was hard to regulate in both the bathroom and kitchen sinks. On our first night we realized the floors could have been swept a bit better but we used the supplied broom. A Dyson type vacuum would have been perfect.

Very Dated!

The condo was very dated. It needed an update many years ago. There was practically no water pressure, only 2 wash clothes in the whole place. And we were sitting there watching TV and a roach runs across the floor! Nothing about this place was satisfying at all.

Regarding the water pressure, it comes from the top of the building and can sometimes be affected by occupancy rates, causing delays in water flow. Okay….

Check in process was awful. We stood outside the room for the code to get in. Apparently big fish rentals sends an email that requests numerous items to be sent before check, which all went to my spam. The floors felt dirty/sandy upon check in. Microwave door doesn’t open all the way bc it’s against a wall. There were wet dishes in the cabinet. Not enough blankets and pillows for 6 people. The owner texted asking if maintenance could drop off a pillow. We were in the unit so I accepted. My husband opened the door and the maintenance man was sitting on the hallway floor. He said, “I am here to fix a clog and have a pillow for you.” My husband said, “what clog, there is no clog.” So he declined that service as we were not made aware of any clog. So my husband offered to take the pillow and the maintenance said he needed to come inside to “install it.” I don’t know how one INSTALLS a pillow so we said nevermind the pillow. We later learned that the bathroom sink was clogged. There was a spill of something in the refrigerator that I didn’t notice until later in the week, something splattered on the wall that we didn’t notice, and when I was cleaning up prior to check out I found trash they certainly didn’t come from us. There was never any coffee in the lobby- said it was available until 10a. We were there at 8:30 and again at 9:15 on two separate days and no coffee. And no one around to refill it.

Lots of pool access and clean resort would definitely stay again. Shopping right across the street was able to have Walmart deliver groceries. Once we arrived we didn’t have to drive anywhere else everything was in walking distance

Completed online verification failed the 1st time was able to retry and it passed. Then received text from host asking me to send pics of my ID front and back, credit card front and back, take a selfie with the two cards and sign my name on a piece of paper. I did this and it was approved by host, but I got several texts asking me to do that whole process again. Check in was 4 pm. At 4:40 I still had not received the key code to get into the room. I messaged through Expedia, VRBO, text message, email and tried calling (the number went straight to voicemail). The front desk at the building had no information and could not help me. Finally got the code and the host decided to respond to every message I sent/left - THE ONLY REASON I SENT SO MANY IS BECAUSE IT WAS PAST CHECK IN AND WE COULD NOT ACCESS THE ROOM. The shower head is very small and no water pressure at all. View was nice and it was close to things to do

The property was absolute gross. No help from the company either, they expected me to stay in a room that was a health hazard until the next day when they could “address the issue.”

This condo is in an unbeatable location. It's just a few steps from the beach, which you can access via an elevator that goes to the ground floor. There are also pools on site if you prefer to swim in fresh water. Golfers will love being so close to the many courses in the area, some of which have ocean views! The closest courses are just a few minutes from the condo. Myrtle Beach has a lot to offer families, including amusement parks, water parks, and putt-putt courses.
