Come enjoy everything that Myrtle Beach Sc. has to offer from an Oceanfront Condo at the Sandy Beach Resort .This condo has two Queen size beds and a pull down Murphy bed in the Living room. Has a kitchen, a Hot Tub in the bathroom, plus a large balcony over looking the pools and ocean. The Resort has three heated pools, a Lazy river, three Hot Tubs, a large kids pool and a exercise room on the same floor as the condo.

Nice little condo, sufficient for all our basic needs. Randy was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We really enjoyed the balcony with nice views both North and South and beautiful sunrises. The room is right near the elevators which was very convenient. The washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus for me. Just about a mile to the Sky Wheel and main Boardwalk. Very nice walkway that starts just North of the building. It is a family friendly resort with multiple pools, hot tubs and lots of lounge chairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is fabulous. The condo was clean but lots of broken things. The front of the microwave, the dishwasher, the smoke detector wasn’t even plugged in. The worst was the sliding door that got stuck and I was stuck on the deck until someone came to open it.

Ocean Front

Ocean front condo - beautiful sunrises! Owner is very responsive. Check in and check out was so easy. Close to 2nd Ave pier. We had a wonderful time. Several places to eat - 7th Ave cafe great for breakfast all day, drafts sports bar excellent and wicked Tuna on the pier has some delicious options. Young teens loved the Family kingdom amusement park and the pools, lazy River etc at the resort. Quiet area.

Great beach front location! Walkable to plenty of attractions. 2nd ave pier and boardwalk were less than a quarter mile walk. Plenty of deck space by the pools. Highly recommend

Unit was suitable for a couple , bedroom is dark with no natural light , furnishings weee older ,needing updating , we brought coffee pods expecting a kureg type maker. Didnt bring regular coffee grounds. Found out later there is coffee on the 2nd floor.more i fo

Cleanliness and minor repairs

Staging for guests is very important. Needs a deep clean. Couldn’t even use coffee pot. Otherwise a nice location. Stage for your guests.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the month we spent in this condo. You can't ask for a more responsive host. Randy set the bar high for all future hosts that we rent from! This was our first experience being oceanfront and we enjoyed the views as well as the convenience of walking right out to the ocean. Although the condo (especially the kitchen area) is small, we made do easily. We loved many things about this condo and the resort where it is located. Some of the highlights are having a washer/dryer right in the condo, the location and ease of getting around, having the digital key pad system so no need for cards or keys, the hotel security who were not only friendly but made you feel safe, the lazy river and pools with plenty of loungers to choose from. There are really too many positives to mention! We have already booked our month for next fall! Thank you Randy!

PERFECT spot for a family vacation

This was a great stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Very quick response time from the owner. The pools are heated. The resort is clean and has towels by the pool. Elevators work swiftly. GREAT LOCATION: Near shops,(the piggly wiggly is much cheaper than the general store across the street), GiGis pizza at the corner is awesome. Easy check in/checkout No crazy requests for check out clean up. We will be back!

Wonderful time!

This property is in the heart of Myrtle Beach. it has everything and is close to everything. The ocean side of the building provides a nice peaceful laid back type of feeling. The front opens up to Myrtle Beach. The Family Kingdom Amusement Park and water park is next door. There are tons of gift shops and restaurants right out the front door. You can park your car in the lot and never have to move it.
