After reviewing your concerns, we reached out to the Lodging Managers to better understand the situation. Please note that Premier Island Management Group does not oversee the HOA at Deep Water Cove, and parking regulations are set by the HOA. Each guest is provided with designated parking spaces, and we ask that all vehicles be parked accordingly. In this instance, it was reported that your vehicle was parked in a space not assigned to your condo and was positioned across two spaces, leading the HOA to tow the vehicle. We hope this explanation helps clarify the situation. We apologize again for the inconvenience.
