Great Rental - would book again. Great location for the Ballon festival and activities in town.

We were here for the Balloon Fiesta. The home was very close to a park and ride to the fiesta and about a 15 minute drive to Old Town. The house itself was clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a great short vacation here. There were a few remotes missing, which were very quickly replaced by our host Kamron. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and quiet. Great location too, close to restaurants and stores.

Location was great. Close to shopping center, gas stations & banks. Casino & Balloon Festival were a short distance from here. The house was well maintained and very welcoming. Met our host the morning we were leaving. Friendly, nice and very helpful.

Great for us and our little one too!

My husband and I have a walking 1 year old and this property was great! Plenty of space in either room for his pack n play and plenty of space to run around with minimal things he could hurt himself on (or break). We appreciated the large sofas and ottoman. Again, less risk of injury for our wild boy. I would definitely book here again.

Balloon festival

My wife and I along with her best friend wanted to see the Balloon Festival. What a great experience we had at this beautiful townhome the pictures are perfect but they don’t do the home justice. Every room of this home makes you feel so at home in every way. from the time you walk in and smell the fresh burning candles to the walk through the home with each room is so perfectly decorated. Now let me tell you about the location. You are so perfectly placed that you can reach all you Albuquerque destinations with in 10 - 15 min. We stayed 5 night and absolutely loved every minute of this visit. Even had time to visit a lazy boat ride down the Rio Grande. Thanks again for all your hospitality.
