Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the space our house offers, especially for families. We appreciate your feedback regarding the bedroom setup and will ensure the listing is clearer in the future. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear that the home didn’t meet your expectations. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We have already addressed the concerns you mentioned with our cleaning team, including the high chair, vacuuming, cookware, and general attention to detail. Several of the items you referenced have already been replaced or scheduled for replacement, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention so we can continue improving. Regarding the neighborhood, these are newly built homes in an up-and-coming area, and while the surrounding houses may vary in age, the area is safe and quite popular with families and groups visiting Charlotte. As for the checkout steps (temperature setting, used linens, towels, dishwasher), those are Vrbo-standard courtesy requests meant only to help streamline turnover—not requirements placed on guests. We always strive to provide a clean, comfortable stay, and I’m sorry that this experience fell short for you. I hope we’ll have the chance to host you again in the future and provide the level of stay we’re known for.
