Our studio apartment, I-272, is located UPSTAIRS in the premier building of the Napili Shores private resort. From your private lanai you will have panoramic views of Napili Bay, the islands of Molokai and Lanai, and (in-season) the whales dancing in the ocean.

Description: You are only steps away from a delicious breakfast at the Gazebo Restaurant (or even better, after sleeping in, a late brunch!), two swimming pools (one ocean-front), a relaxing jacuzzi, snorkeling, swimming and the sandy postcard-perfect Napili Bay. And you are only minutes away from some of Maui's finest attractions, including the historic whaling town of Lahaina, and the world-class Kapalua golf course.

Wonderful location

We loved the resort and location. Great snorkeling at 2 beaches close by. Owner was very nice and responsive during our stay.

Spectacular condo!

We loved this condo. We could not ask for a better suite. It had all the comforts of home, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, But best of all was the location. We think it is the best suite at that resort We had the best views ,..sunrises, sunsets, rolling waves 24/7 right from our balcony! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!!! I could go on and on……LOVED IT & didnt want to leave it

Great unit with amazing views and sounds! The sunsets from the lanai were great. Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and waves breaking on the reef were unbelievable. Will definitely be staying here again.

Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean.

Wonderful location right next to the water and a short walk away from a sandy beach. Loved or stay here! It is a bit of a drive from a lot of the rest of the island, but we did not mind that at all.

Awesome View and Location

Very nice studio unit looking out to the ocean. Perfect for a couple. Great location for snorkeling and turtles galore. Easy walk to sandy beach and the Gazebo restaurant is right next door. Had a wonderful time.

We had the pleasure of staying in a lovely ocean front condo at Napili Shores🌈💕🌈 We had breathtakingly beautiful views, sunsets and were able to watch whales breach, blow, and flap their tail fins from our balcony! Lovely property, very friendly staff, amazing beach, beautiful pools and delicious restaurants on the grounds. We hope to be able to stay here again soon. ❤️

Whale/Surfer viewing delight

Best price for location and small family, enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Host provided prompt responses and a solution for a late check in. One of the 2 beach chairs in unit was broke, but was not a deal breaker. Mahalo

Beautiful, stunning ocean view. Steps from the pool and 3 minute walk to gorgeous, low wave beach. Perfect place to stay with young children. Listen to the ocean while you sleep. A/C works great!

No need to leave the unit.

The selfish side of me would give a terrible review so I would have more open reservation dates to pick from in the future. This is my 4th stay on this property. All future visits will only be in this unit! The area speaks for itself but this rental unit takes it next level. Working with the owner was beyond great.

No Ka Oi

Owners are so easy to work with and unlike other units, this one comes with beach gear! Not to mention a fantastic view of Molokai and Lanai. We loved how they designed the kitchen with the eat in counter - great for setting up our family buffets. This is a "can't miss" property, we'll be back.

Simply gorgeous!

What a wonderful studio on the beach. The unit had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The unit had snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, pool noodles, mats for the beach and a cooler! The bed and sofa were both comfortable. An oh, the views from the lanai. To die for. We had an amazing time.

The Best Maui has to offer!

I have long felt that Napili Bay is the greatest location on Maui. That being said, the Pedersen condo is absolutely perfect in all respects. The view is incomparable, we spent every evening watching the incredible sunsets. The unit is clean, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Falling asleep listening to the waves is the best. The property is well groomed and pools are well maintained. Gazebo restaurant is of course grand. Happy hour at the Sea House is a must. I can't wait to return!!

A week in paradise

We really like napili bay and the other nearby snorkeling spots …… walking distance to places to eat, and quick drive to market ….,altho we have been to bay 5-6 first at the shores …., having a pool with view and some shade wAs nice as well as the hot tub up farther ….., hearing the waves all night was lovely …..

Lovely quiet view. There was only 1 beach chair ☹️. You need to get another! Would be nice if there was a queen bed! Otherwise very nice! We walked everywhere!
