Excellent Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at AMI. This house was perfectly located and had all the amenities we needed. We highly suggest this home!

Wonderful Spot!

This was a delightful place to stay. The house has beautiful colors inside and out. Very peaceful and close to everything. Wonderful stay ~ would highly recommend!

Amazing stay on Anna Maria

Wonderful house right on the canal and right across the street from the bay. Perfect layout for multiple groups! Would definitely stay here again!

The location of the house to everything was amazing. We had a couple of hiccups with the stay. The city inspector came unannounced as well as the pool guy. It also would have been helpful to know that there was construction going on. All those things said, I wouldrent the house again..

The only problem was the spa didn't work properly, and the pool needed work

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! We had a slight issue with the upstairs AC but that was fixed quickly Location is perfect to the downtown area and both piers. We walked everywhere.

Great Location

The house was clean and looked as advertised in the pictures. Location was great, right across the street from the bay, a short ride to local shops and restaurants, and a short ride to the gulf side as well!

Perfect for the group

The house was the perfect size for our group. The location was very nice. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs for the stay. The thermostat was a little hard to get changed but it worked.

Great time!

We had a greater time at this location. Very convenient to everything on the island. Everything worked and we enjoyed our time. I would definitely recommend this property because it felt really comfortable and homey!

Family Vacation

Wonderful location and property! House spacious and lots to do inside and out. Almost everything needed for the beach is available. Short golf cart ride to the beach and nice to cool off in the pool after.

Wonderful stay in AMI

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful house. It was just like the pictures showed. Added surprise was the storage closet with bicycles and beach supplies.

Nice Quiet Walkable Location

We enjoyed our stay at this AMI home. Very spacious with beautiful ocean views in the front and canal views in the back. Close to restaurants, shops and beaches. The trolley stop is only a few blocks away! Bicycle rentals nearby were a plus too. We hardly used our car all week!

The best of the beach!

The location was perfect! Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants plus the beach. We were here during a tropical storm and the ladies at beachmobi (property managers) came over the next day and cleaned up all the debris. The house was great, the canal was a huge plus, and we fully enjoyed our stay.
