This beautiful 3br/3.5ba is a NEWLY RENOVATED Historical Home located in the Marigny area only steps away from the French Quarter. The location is the true heart of New Orleans. Best part is everything you need is walking distance. From grocery stores to coffee shops to restaurants and of course the night life. This is truly home away from home!

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIGHT FIREPLACE AND DO NOT TOUCH TRUMPET! Any attempt to light fireplace will cause a DEADLY fire amongst the house.
HOTWATER: For the bottom two bath tubs hot water will actually be the cold and the cold will be the hot. Its backwards but upstairs shower is normal.
LASTLY: Losing any remotes will result in $100 fine and please take off shoes for a cleaner stay as floors can get dirty fairly quick.

Great stay!

Clean, great for large groups with plenty of towels and blankets, accessible, great location to walk to Frenchmen Street or anywhere!

Perfect

We loved our stay! We had three couples and the space was perfect. Loved having a bathroom in each bedroom! House was very clean and cute.We mostly walked to everything, but also a very short uber ride.Great time!

Beautifully redone shot gun house

This was an absolutely gorgeous house, we were five adults and an infant and which we though might be tight but the space was amazing. Each room had its own full bathroom and the living room provided enough seating for everyone to hang out at the end of the day. We had a mix up on check in but Lanard was super accommodating and was able to get us in the day earlier.

Amazing host cute house!

This was a cousin trip we all wanted to escape for a bit and as soon as we stepped in this house it was welcoming and homey! Any issues we had our host solved without any hesitation! Would defiantly stay here again!

Our stay was great, only a couple of things would make the stay better.A few more hangers or dresser in the very large closets. knobs on the kitchen cupboards would also help. This property also needed some kitchen accessories like can opener, pans for the over and maybe having some glasses would be nice. Overall we enjoyed the property.

Easy walk to music on Frenchmen Street!

We really enjoyed this Vrbo. It was in a quiet neighborhood that appeared to be mostly family dwellings. We took an Uber a couple of times but if you want to walk, everything in the Quarter is within a 30 minute stroll. Our only comments are that the water pressure in the showers was weak and the water didn't get very hot. That won't stop us from renting this house again in the future!

Jazz House

The host was more than helpful when the VRBO online listing was erased from my account. Karem, the customer service individual we finally reached after more than 20 minutes on hold got a hold of the owner and made it possible for us to communicate without the website. My recommendation, always check your stay at least 1-2 days before leaving for your trip!!!

Family & Friends vacation

We were able to have early check in, which was very helpful with the times of the incoming flights. The house is cute & neat, and had plenty of room for 3 couples. I would suggest getting dressers in the bedrooms. The location of the property was not what I expected. The description states that places are in walking distance, they are not. We did have to order an Uber whenever we left the house. what I had expected. We room

Weekend Getaway

Lanard was a fantastic and accommodating host, offering flexible check-in and check-out. The location was perfect—just outside the bustling French Quarter, providing a peaceful retreat while still being easily accessible by streetcar or Uber. Highly recommend!
