Chatham Harbor Properties, LLC is a small, family owned vacation rental business founded by Edward & Kathleen Skopas. They have vacationed in Chatham for over 30 years and have always dreamed of owning a property in this quaint and historic town.

Ed and his wife, Kathy, split their time between their home in Connecticut and their home in Chatham with their two college aged sons. They encourage their guests to learn more about Chatham and Cape Cod preservation & conservation of the precious natural resources of this beautiful region as well as helping to educate tourists in the remarkable history of this community. Lastly, their hospitality business seeks to help sustain the economic viability of local fisherman, contractors, businesses and year-round residents that heavily depend upon a tourism-driven economy within this region.
