One of THREE homes on the same canal! This cozy waterfront fishing cabin 2/1 is located on a deep & wide canal near Lake George and Georgetown. Extra large 52' deck overlooking the water. Leave your boat in for your entire stay. It's just a 15 minute boat ride to Salt Springs, Silver Glen, or Jupiter Springs -it's all about the water and flip flops here! Boat rentals nearby. The area claims to be the "Bass Capital of the World"! Get your freshwater fishing and swimming in nearby and/or visit the white beaches and shopping in St. Augustine only about an hour away. Welcome to our happy place! Pets accepted with a fee. Larger group? We have THREE homes on the same canal!

Our stay was quite pleasant. Very peaceful and relaxing beside the water. My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock, being watched by a hawk and a young alligator. Fishing was very good. Very shady by the water. A large deck as well. This place is pretty far from any large town or city, so come prepared. The cabin was comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. We would rent again.

It was great for what it is, the trailer stayed very cool, the kitchen was beautiful, there was enough room for more than just us too. It was great having such quick access to the water and the back porch is to die for.

Lovely Location

Beautiful location just off Crescent Lake, back deck is wonderful for hanging out, hosts very accommodating and responsive, had a great time.

Wonderful stay!

We love this place. Stayed three years ago. The renovations are nice. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We were visited by a baby gator every day of our stay.

Perfect Waterfront Getaway

We had the best stay! Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the house was neat and tidy. Great location in peaceful neighborhood. Spent majority of the time on the back porch soaking in the serene views!

Perfect Home

We evacuated St Pete during hurricane Milton and found this adorable home! We had the best time, met so many nice people and enjoyed many sunsets from the dock! We will definitely be back!

Nice getaway, great location

Nice, comfortable, we’ll stocked place with canal access. Three doors down from Lake George. Very relaxing. The new back porch and deck are great for hanging out and catching fish.

Thanks Lori! We are always putting extra love into the property in order to continue the relaxation vibe! We were happy to recently finish up the new dock area.. safer and easier to access the water. I'm also getting really excited about finding new deck lazy-lounging furniture and for the kitchen to get a whole new makeover! Take care, see ya next time! :)

We stayed here for a fishing trip with the grandkids. Had plenty of room to park and maneuver our bass boat in the front yard. Has an electric outlet on the front of the house that made it very convenient to charge the boat batteries. The house was clean, comfortable and in a good neighborhood. It was so cool to go out the back door to the huge back porch, and just down a few steps to the dock. The hosts were great, very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We had a blast. Would recommend staying here.

About what you’d expect for a mobile home on the river. Back deck was large and probably nicest area of the property. Kept my boat tied off to the dock, no problem…

Stay at St. John's

Everything was fine. The fireplace being the main source of heat we needed more firewood. The Barbecue grill was missing the grill rack. But everything else was fine. We enjoyed the stay. The parking for the truck and boat was excellent.

I'm so sorry for the firewood confusion. We restocked the supply immediately before your arrival, but you may have not noticed it was stacked in the bunkroom! Before your arrive, I, in error, told you the extra wood was in the shed. And thank you for letting us know the grill rack is missing. We'll look around the water hose area to see if the previous guest left it after cleaning. Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Cleaning staff said the home was left excellent. Welcome back anytime! ;)

We are born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. We love all things about the water- fishing, snorkeling, surfing, skiing, boating, and scalloping. This little "lakehouse" is our happy place away from the big city - and most likely our retirement home! We can just sit by the water, enjoy the breeze under the cypress canopy while Greg fishes with the cane pole. Lazy days are important for normally very busy people, and we are very happy to share this little time away from the hustle -n-bustle. Come on over, sit and relax!

Why this place? Because you can really get away! We don't hear sirens or traffic, just fish popping in the canal, boats going nearby, birds talking, and the occasional hum of a lawnmower. Leave the city behind and really enjoy nature! Please check out your other destinations planned. This home is one hour car ride to St Augustine, Flagler Beach, and Silver Springs, and two hours from Orlando Theme parks. No negative reviews for "location" due to poor planning.

Little "cabin" on a deep/wide canal with a HUGE 52' deck. You have a breeze unlike an inland property. 3rd property from the St. John's River means very easy access. Pro bass tournament participants love this canal! 15-20 mins by boat to Salt Springs or Silver Glen. It's a quiet neighborhood, enjoyable for a walk, bike ride, or hang out in the local bar/restaurants. Golf cart friendly!

WATERFRONT: this property is a fishing cabin and while well-maintained with paid professional pest services, webs & dust can accumulate quickly. We provide a gentle -human safe - mint pest spray to use as you need. Any true issue should be reported immediately. Sugar ants, blind mosquitos, and mosquitos are frequent. During swarming seasons, leave lights off outside and near doors and keep doors closed. Do not leave out sweet/breads. Place in frig.
