Master bedroom - A King bed with a flat screen Smart TV and a fully attached bathroom with an enormous shower featuring dual shower heads and his and her sinks. Perfect for having your own space!

The parking options for this unit include a single car garage attached to the unit, as well as additional parking spots outside. These spots are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Please note: The parking deck has an overhead clearance of 7 feet.

The Neighborhood:
Situated at the east end of Front Street directly across from the Delmar, all of Downtown Traverse City is at your disposal. Just a short walk to the State Theatre, restaurants and bars, and the beach, you can enjoy all the City has to offer while leaving your car behind.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1,000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean.
