With a king bed, queen bed and a full bed, this gorgeous property offers guests a luxurious stay. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, WiFi, AC, elevator, a washer / dryer machine, and wood flooring. The two bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for your convenience. Bed linens and towels provided. Fully stocked kitchen / dishwasher. Large wrap around deck with outdoor dining and an outdoor seating arrangement overlooking the bay. Walk to downtown, the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 free parking spots on site / self check in. The unit is immaculately cleaned between guest. Owned and operated by a retired dentist and a working RN. A definite gem.

In comparison to other properties in the area including many on Mission Peninsula, Elizabeth's property is an outstanding value. It not only had a view of the Bay, but easy walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Elizabeth was also very responsive and timely with her communication.

This is a great property and the deck was a huge selling point with a view of the water. Beds were really comfortable and apartment had everything you could need. Host was very communicative and the check-out list was reasonable and clear. Would love to rent again!

Property was fantastic! Close to the West End beach and only a slight walk to downtown. Though no fault of the condo, bummer the smoke from the wildfires drove us out a day early :(

Perfect for family getaway

Property was exactly as advertised. It was very easy for us to get across the street to the beach. We had the building to ourselves so it was very quiet the entire time. Host was very responsive to a parking issue which was not their fault but the issue was resolved immediately. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property! The location is hard to beat—it's just a 5–10 minute walk to downtown Traverse City, the Cherry Festival, restaurants, shops, the beach, and it was the perfect spot to enjoy the Fourth of July fireworks. Most other attractions were only about a 15 minute drive away.The host was fantastic with communication and even accommodated an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with quality appliances, dishes, pots, and pans, making it easy to prepare meals. We also loved the outdoor deck, generous closet space, and the multiple bathrooms.A few things to note for future guests: the listing photos make the living room seating appear to be two full-size couches, but they are two loveseats. The beds are accurately depicted (king, loft queen, and double), though the double bed is best suited for one adult or 2 small children. The loft stairs could be challenging for anyone with mobility concerns.This home is an excellent choice for families with kids, Cherry Festival visitors, or two couples looking for a comfortable, walkable home base in Traverse City.

The location and views were spot on beautiful. And we were able to walk to Front Street to enjoy shopping. One of the best places we’ve stayed, hands down. The beds are a little on the stiffer side, but that just might boil down preference as well. Elizabeth was quick on replies and a pleasure to work with while booking.

What a unique unit in such a great location. It was impeccably clean, even the outdoor furniture. The host was responsive. The unit is part of an office building and very quiet at night, since you are the only unit in the building. Great space for families with older kids, though I wouldn't recommend it for toddlers or young children due to the ladder into the loft. We loved it.
