This is a fantastic property for a big family vacation. Boating was simple, the private dock is luxury and the host is friendly and communicative. We loved it!

Lots of stairs, but it was totally worth it to be right on the water. Kitchen was stocked well, plenty of extra fans in the house. AC worked great. Friendly neighbors.

The cabin was exactly what we needed for our large family vacation. We had enough rooms, bathrooms, areas to congregate, and activities to do at the house. The kitchen was well stocked and our favorite part of the house was the huge deck overlooking the lake. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had leading up to our stay. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Was a beautiful property with plenty of room for our family, we spent most the time on the decks overlooking the bay! Enjoyed our stay very much! We would most definitely would stay there again!

Family fun house!

Great place for large family gatherings! Has all the kitchen equipment necessary, great bbq, very comfortable outdoor furniture. Floor plan is fun and a bit quirky! We just had a great time!!!

This is the third time we have had a family reunion at this house and we always enjoy our stay. It has a large and very well stocked kitchen and lots of space for people of all ages. We enjoyed the lake during the day in our rented boat and the beautiful views on the deck in the mornings and evenings. We hope to be back!

Great family retreat

We had the whole family gathered at this wonderful and expansive cabin. Rented a pontoon boat and docked it there in Powderhorn Bay. The rental was well equipped with everything needed for our 6 day stay. The host were great and answered all our questions promptly. We would go again!

Wonderful and Relaxing

We rented this beautiful home for our family holiday celebration and it was perfect. It was well stocked and very family-friendly. The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions or address our concerns. We all had a great time and would rent this property again. We highly recommend this property.

Everything we wanted.

This was our third summer vacation at the Kokanee Cabin. It’s been fantastic every time. Lots of room. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is there. Love the fact that there’s a boat slip and we can just access our boat all week long from the cabin. The hosts are fantastic people, very kind and helpful, and very responsive.

Great property for large groups!

This property is perfect for multiple families or large groups. Lots of separation!! Sam and Kerry are very kind and quick to respond. We hope to be back next summer!!
