Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin-like feel of the home and especially the dock. We’re sorry the kitchen supplies, driveway access, and trailer parking created some frustration during your stay. We’re happy to share that these concerns have since been addressed with our team. We’ve also updated our information to provide clearer expectations for future guests regarding the kitchen amenities, driveway, and trailer parking options and associated fees. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. Your feedback has helped us make improvements for future guests, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad the house and dock worked so well for your weekend and that everyone, including your mother-in-law, was comfortable. We’re also happy our team could assist promptly. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with Vacation Rental Collective on the waterfront. :) It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you come stay with us again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the charm of the home, found it clean, and appreciated the beautiful property. We understand that staying at a private lake property can come with a few unique logistics. The four-vehicle parking limit and restrictions on overnight parking in the surrounding area are important considerations, and we appreciate you highlighting this for future guests. We’ll continue to make sure these details are clearly communicated prior to arrival so guests can plan accordingly. We also appreciate the suggestions regarding the coffee pot, trash capacity, and a wagon for transporting items. We’re always grateful for thoughtful feedback that helps us consider ways to make the stay more convenient.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad your family, from the youngest to the oldest, had a great time together at the cabin. It’s great to hear the kitchen met your needs. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you all back again! -Erika

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the cabin and property peaceful and enjoyed the quiet setting. I'm so sorry to hear that all your other guests canceled on you for this vacation. We do want to clarify that the main house key was in the designated lockbox and was available for access; unfortunately, it sounds like there was some difficulty locating that lockbox but we’re glad we were ultimately able to help get you into the home with our back up keys. This is a rustic lake cabin, as described in the listing, and it is intentionally a simpler, more traditional cabin experience rather than a home with extensive modern amenities. There is seating provided on the property, including Adirondack chairs on the upper deck and an outdoor patio couch and chair on the lower patio as well as a picnic table on the front patio. We’re sorry you didn't feel that these weren't adequate for outdoor seating. We also understand that a rustic cabin may not be the right fit for every guest, particularly for those looking for more outlets, modern conveniences, or a different style of accommodation. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to clarify these details for future guests and are glad to hear that, aside from the neighboring dog, you found the area quiet and peaceful.

Hi, we love hearing from our guests and are so glad you all enjoyed the property and had such a wonderful stay!! Thank you for your feedback as well, that is very important for us to know. We always want our guests whole experience to be the best! We will look into the issue with the portable AC and get that fixed. I wish we had your dates next year available, we would love to host you again anytime!! :-) Casey, Vacation Rental Collective
