Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re so glad to hear that you had a wonderful stay at Highlands of the Smokies and that the condo’s stunning views, modern updates, and cozy atmosphere made your experience special. It sounds like you truly enjoyed the amenities, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable living areas and the pool with that breathtaking mountain backdrop. We also appreciate you highlighting some areas for improvement, like the parking situation and the small maintenance issues. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll definitely look into addressing those to make the experience even better for future guests. Also, for future reference, if you ever find yourself in a unit with no broom, hairdryer etc, we have purchased extra and keep them on hand at the on-site office as there are a few condos where the homeowners haven't put those in there. It sounds like you made the most of the stay, and we hope to welcome you back for another peaceful retreat in the Smokies soon! Thanks again for your thoughtful review and recommendations!
