New Construction be one of the very first guests!


The right place, at the right price! Ask about our loyalty discount for repeat guest! Have another Unit in the same complex if booked or need additional space!!


Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (3 Kings) There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile), and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.


The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided!

Found this place on VRBO and after reading the comments /reviews, we chose this location. Great location to walk to all of the activities, shops, in restaurants. A great place to stay so you don't have to worry about taking the car and hoping to find a parking spot and enjoy quiet evenings.

Beautiful property

This condo was wonderful. Very clean and very cozy for our family. Only took us 10ish minutes to walk from there to downtown (with a toddler in tow). Would definitely recommend!

Clean and convenient location

The property is exactly as pictured. My daughter, grandson, and I made a quick trip to go to the aquarium and Dollywood. It is an easy walk to the aquarium and about a 20 minute drive to Dollywood. Gatlinburg was crowded, so this location was fabulous since we didn't have to worry about parking. Everything in the townhouse is clean and neat, and the area is so quiet even though it is close to the main road and attractions. We would stay here again.

I did enjoy my stay except the last night I was there I dragged my foot down the stairs and cut it open in a nail that was not put in all the way and was very sharp it did actually draw blood but other then that it was perfect

The Perfect Stay!!!!

The unit is perfectly described!! We are a family of six…4 teenagers and my husband. The townhome was absolutely perfect. Very clean….though we did utilize any of the appliances, the kitchen was fully stocked for your needs. Lots of good lighting….no odors….we brought our on towels, but noticed there were plenty supplied. We walked right to the downtown area…saved lots on parking that way. A very nice walk…not far at all!!! 15 mins from Pigeon Forge!! I would suggest that if you want to play games, bring some from home. Would definitely recommend….can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay near the National Park. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The townhouse had easy parking for each unit. Townhouse was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our family of 5 (ages 11 to 49) would definitely stay again.

Great condo

The condo was very clean. Furnishings were very nice. Beds were comfortable. It was spacious and had a great floor plan. The screened porch and balcony were a great addition. Easy to find and enough parking spaces. Was very close to the main attractions. Will definitely come again.
